Honestly everything was amazing. The morning view, the design of the lobby, the cleanliness of the pool, even the beach was nice, big, a lot of seats that covers everybody, and food availability everywhere. The shows were also AMAZING. The walking distance access to the aqua park in less than 5 minutes was a blessing.
Food variety was good but I felt like I also wanted a bit more seasoning... just a tad bit. I also wish there were more frequent beach servers available and more ice-cream booths at a closer proximity. Maintenance workers could also be a bit more isolated which would be ideal but not a deal breaker.

Clean, good activities, everything in the hotel is near by each other, no need to walk so long for restaurants or pools

We had a great stay at the hotel. The staff were friendly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the facilities were enjoyable.

Location of the room is amazing with pool view and near to aqua and beach zones …staff in reception special Ms Asmaa for her great hospitality… beauty of snorkeling and beach area…variety of the food and snacks
Shaded parking is very few …plastic bracelet should be rubber not plastic…one resturant was under renovation

Couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The hotel offers a great variety of activities, food, and more, but what truly stands out is the staff, everyone is incredibly friendly and genuinely eager to help.
A thoughtful touch was being asked a day before checkout whether I’d prefer to stay for lunch or have a complimentary lunchbox prepared to go.
It’s also incredibly enjoyable for kids, the hotel is clearly designed with their comfort and entertainment in mind, featuring dedicated kids’ areas, a playground, and a pool with age-appropriate aqua activities.
I’ll definitely be coming back.

Our stay at Albatros Palace Hurghada was truly wonderful. This was our first time here, and we enjoyed every moment. The staff were very professional
( specially Asmara) the guest relations ,) friendly, and always ready to help, which made us feel welcome from the first day.
The food was perfect, with a great variety and excellent quality every day. We especially appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel and the beautiful atmosphere throughout the property.
We had such a great experience and made many happy memories during our stay. We will definitely come back again, and we highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel and truly enjoyed every moment. The hotel itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and offers a very relaxing atmosphere.
The staff were exceptional — starting from Ms. Asma, who was incredibly helpful and welcoming, to all the team members in the restaurant, reception, and housekeeping. Everyone was professional, friendly, and always ready to assist with a smile.
The activities were fantastic, with a great variety suitable for all ages, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The food and beverages were very good, with multiple options available to suit different tastes.
The room was very nice, clean, and comfortable, which made our stay even more pleasant.
Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great stay.
