Its an all you can eat all inclusive resort. The food selection was good and plentiful. The slides and pools are great. It is really nice that some pools are heated in the winter time so you can swim all year.
It took over 30 minutes to check in. Their check in process is absurdly slow and the desk is understaffed. They need to automate their process.
This resort caters to families with children. That is the point of going there. Even so, they allow smoking everywhere and it is disgusting. It is 2026. It's time to set up a small secluded area for smoking and make the rest of the resort smoke free.
The taxi service provided by the hotel is a scam. A complete rip off. They are charging 5-8 times the market rate. For me they were just making a number up. They couldn't show me were the rate was written down.
The room staff makes animal shapes out of the bedding. This is ridiculous. Most places make animals out of towels or something small. The animal shapes are lousy. The problem is it means you now have to unfold their lousy animal and spread out the bedding yourself. They essentially come into your room and make it worse than what you left.
They found poop in one of the pools and the staff's response was to tell everyone to stay on the other side of the pool. I don't think the contaminated water has sides of the pool it stays on.
I asked about a certain dessert at the dessert restaurant and they said they would have it "tomorrow". I came back the next day and they smiled again and said "tomorrow". Apparently they don't know how to say no, they won't have that dessert, so they say tomorrow. It would be better to not lie.

I liked the idea that I can move between the 3 hotels .. the main pools were heated which was nice.
The beach was relaxing.
The tripple room is small. No chair or table inside the room. Only 3 beds.
The towels are very old and not in good condition.
The food was good but can't be rated as five stars.
The amenities was very poor..
Overall. It was nice stay but will not repeated..

Clean rooms, housekeeping is super helpful. All kitchen staff on the front lines are decent and polite. Thanks to Mr Hamed - F&B Supervisor and Mr Fahmy.
Food variety and quality need improvement. Few of service staff need to be trained on hospitality and respect.

The staff so friendly starting from reception which they are very supportive and helpful to the restaurants staff and animation team. Overall very nice experience.

The service was very bad , the stuff is not good at all and very very slow in their work …no rules for the pool swimming suits,, people are going into the pool with their clothes and sometimes will underwears and pants and no one told them to go out..room service was very dirty

That you can access for other two hotels , Mr Saeed the managers was great and supportive person.Mr Aly in the Resturant the one who cock the pies is very professional.
