The hotel is conveniently close to the airport and we were there one night prior to our flight. Sadly we arrived too late to use the pool and left too early but it looked lovely. The staff were helpful our rooms large comfortable and clean. We had a 7am pickup and breakfast was ready at 6.30 for us and many others though they said breakfast was from 7am which was great. We had a short pleasant visit.

11 days were memorable during the holy month of Ramadan with activities at the Nubian village or the month's very special drinks and food. The hotel mastered it unique hospitality very well. Nothing beats it's security and location were very good. Mr. Mahmoud the bellman was more than helpful to me he assisted almost in everything from helping with my luggage to clothes needs to be gone to laundry. Also can't forget the helpful reception staff were good too. . All in all amazing experience.
Nothing in particular. Perhaps the times of restaurant needs to be open for a longer time. That's it.

Location was great, 15 mins from Cairo airport.
Rooms are good, bathroom good, price was good.

Very clean, tidy and resort size hotel. The staff is amazing and very friendly. Great location few minutes from Cairo airport. Great big size comfort rooms and facilities.
Too much control at the entry of the resort. Maybe need to review the level if security and personal doing it or educate them from a tourism point of view.

Very clean, comfortable room for a very reasonable price. Bed was so comfy, I slept like a baby. Located close to Cairo International Airport, and planes fly over frequently but the rooms must be soundproofed because I hardly heard anything while sleeping or even just relaxing. Staff was very nice and accommodating. Free breakfast was included.

The staff and facilities were excellent, the breakfast was plentiful, however different from usual North American options
We were very, very, disappointed that the taxi we had arranged through Booking.com was messed up and we were left stranded at the airport for over an hour trying to negotiate a ride to the hotel....not having any Egyptian currency nor trust in the drivers who were mobbing us at the airport. This is something that should be sorted immediately..

About 10mins driving from airport, comfy bed.
Shower tub is extremely small, you can only stand. Window not really noise isolation, still can hear the flight noise.
The last day check out, staff informed me that the marble deck was broken(by me) but obviously that damage looked like digging hard with hammer, obviously not from customers. However, the staff told me that he believed me, so far they didnt charge me from it. But I am not sure if his trick to get some tips.
