Polite friendly stuff, clean environment, professionalism, big and convenient room.
Noisy aircondition, heavy mattress, very thick pillow. Too expensive for this period. We made the reservation before US IRAN warfare for almost 200 euros per night and now is at 120 euros. Meaning a very large profit percentage.

The location is superb and I'm glad I got to stay here twice! (I had a trip to Luxor in between). I loved the convenience of being in the heart of the downtown. The hotel itself was comfortable and relaxing, and the hotel staff were all so accommodating! Wifi was good too. I loved their breakfast buffet too, it had some variety.

Staff well trained, good customer service, the hotel is clean, comfortable, good location if you want to be downtown.
A times a little noisy and difficult to be picked up because parking is not permitted on the streets.

Best hotel to stay in central Cairo! The staff, the service, the facilities, the incredible breakfast and for the price we paid it was the best choice.
rooms could be slightly bigger for a family but they have junior suites that they offer at very good prices as well.
