Adel is amazing! He worked with us to put together an itinerary which was executed with precision. Everyone was fun, professional and showed up on time. Adel always checked in to ensure things were going well.. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.
This is in no way the fault of the hotel but the area is noisy. If you're a light sleeper, Invest in some earplugs.

Perfect location with a balcony overlooking the pyramids and sphinx. Staff were all super nice and friendly and helpful and not pushy about any tours or buying things. I highly recommend.

If you're reading this and Pyramids Overlook Inn is available for your dates, do not waste any more time and book it! I have stayed at hundreds of places in the world. Never did I have a better view then here. This is literally the closest place to the pyramids and the sphinx of all the places in giza. The sunsets are magical, and you can watch them from the roof terrace. The owner is very friendly and helpful too. Helped us out after egyptair lost our baggage and then dropped them off at 2.30 am two days later.. We slept but he was still up to get them from the street. Now stop reading and book this place, because you're not going to find a better one not even for €1000 per night. This is the best place in Egypt, period.
That I only booked four nights and had to leave..

Adel, the owner of the Inn, is the perfect host. He told us he could arrange anything and he did. Our plans changed at the last minute due to our flight being delayed, and Adel was able to arrange to all the details at the last minute. We have special dietary needs and requested a specific authentic egyptian dinner and Adel delivered. It was the best meal we had in Egypt. The location of the Inn at the Spinx entrance is superb as is the view from the terrace.Thank you Adel for a wonderful stay!

I stayed in the room with the view of the Sphinx and pyramids in January. The bed was Very comfortable. There was even an oil heater in my bedroom if I had needed it. Everything worked in the bathroom. What I liked most was the hospitality of Mr. Adell, the long time proprieter of the Inn. His hospitality is intentional and genuine. He really went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed to experience a satisfying stay. This is true for all his guests from my observations. I was expecting breakfast because it was included, but not dinner, which came every evening right out of the kitchen for his guests at no additional charge. This is just one of many instances I could mention.
The only thing that I didn't like was that the illumination from the light fixtures in the bedroom and the bathroom was inadequate, at least for me it was. Although there was enough functional light, I would not have been able to open a paper or a book and read the pages very easily in the room.

The view! It was amazing and well worth booking this stay. Localization very near all kinds of shops, restaurants, etc.
Eating breakfast every day on a terasse with the view of the Sphinx and the Pyramids was breathtaking.
The owner is very friendly, acommodating, and easygoing. He speaks English very, very well.
The wall are thin and there is no privacy at all. You can hear all that is said in the kitchen.
It is impossible to get water to flow right at an acceptable temperature to take a shower. It either cold or burning and usually trickles due to low and variable water pressure.

Fantastic view of the pyramids, you can see the light show from the terrace. The owner Adel made the place extra special he treated us like a family, he offered us some tasty local food and helped to make our trip smooth. It was a shame we couldn't stay longer.

The best location, there is nothing closer, first row for pyramids and sphinx. The host couldn't be more friendly and welcoming. He will organise your whole stay if you ask including trips and drivers . Highly recommend.

View of the Pyramids and Sphinx are unparalleled, but the best part was the host. He helped with everything I needed. (Have him help you with tours, transportation, meals, and whatever else you want. It will save you money.) Facilities are not new, but clean and comfortable. It is definitely not a hotel. If you are looking for a place where you are treated like a guest in someone's home, this is it.
The shower in the bathroom was small and had low water pressure. You have to know where you are going as it is a little hard to find, but the host will arrange transportation straight to the door cheaper than you can find on your own.

Location was fantastic. View incredible (Pyramids and Sphinx) . Owner (Adel) was the nicest chap you could meet who would do anything to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. Bottled water available (free). Breakfast varied each day (example bread, jam, battered chips, omelette, falafel, sour cream, fruit tea and bottled water). Seating areas indoor and outdoor if you want to chill and take in the views. Staff were great and available most of the day if you had any problems. A hidden gem is the best way to describe this hotel. If I'm ever in Cairo again I would stay here for sure.
Not much toilet paper but we had some of our own so no big deal.
