The regular room was not so clean but after we moved to the suite it was clean .but we had to ask the staff to clean

my stay was nice the hotel staff were generally good
the check in and check was a pain. the staff were slow and after a 24 hour commute to get to Egypt and then hour taxi to the hotel, to then wait 45 minutes in a line to get checked in is not acceptable. I then had issues with security saying I couldnt keep a portable speaker in my bag was just ridiculous, he physically took it out of my bag and said I couldnt keep it, I was NOT impressed. check out was no different, I had a staff member who was on her phone and kept walking away whilst Im in a rush. I ended up walking out and left the cards on the counter with some cash. you shouldnt need to dedicate an hour for checking in/out and for this reason alone I wouldnt stay here again

The room is very old and falling apart The staff were not professional I asked for non smoking room and they gave me smoking room I couldnt sleep the whole night from the smoke.

It's not near anything so you need a taxi each time you go out. No atmosphere in the restaurants.
