Room was very spacious and overlooked the pool.
Breakfast was very tasty and came in good portions
Hotel location was close to all the areas i wanted to visit in Alexandria
Nothing really, It was a great experience, and I will be booking there again when I visit in January

The place was exceptionally clean, and I had the chance to meet Sherif, the staff member responsible for room cleanliness. His work was outstanding.
My room had a seaside view, which was nice, but I didn’t like that the sun didn’t reach the room.

The breakfast buffet was not appetizing, weak coffee and poor food quality.

The view was lovely and the balcony was very spacious
The beds were very comfortable
The staff were friendly specially the buffet, room service and housekeeping
Food portions were very good
The car parking was against daily fee and it was not mentioned at all upon checking in, the under ground parking is very badly designed
Amenities were very poor and very less
Towels were very old and extremely over used and less than the number of people in the room
WIFI was very bad
The room service menu was not always fresh
