Location was good exactly beside the beach but its pretty hard to access to beach omg.
1. Breakfast was not good
2. No label at all ( i dunno what is what cause its Arabic food)

Location. In-house cuisine. Room service.
Major open construction with construction fumes permeating thought the bottom floor. Volatile haze throughout public area creating a nauseous atmosphere. Staff did not respond appropriately to customer concerns. Forgot utilizing any ground floor facilities including restaurants due to dangerous fumes.

That was one of the worst stay in this hotel , actually there was lots of maintenance in the hotel everywhere , and didn’t stop there .
The receptionist was literally lie in every word and actually he forced us to pay extra person while I was writing clearly that I have 3 adults and 2 kids and I requested extra bid for the kid in 12 he said it’s only message to booking and we paid the extra
After that he was promising to get better room and he spent 15 minutes trying to convince us that he changed the room while this the same room I have signed for it once I have entered the hotel 731 .
On the restaurant there was extremely noisy music we couldn’t spent more then 5 minutes and then I left with my kids

It’s a 5 star rated hotel however it doesn’t surpass even 3 stars. The room furniture is outdated, the towels are yellow… the curtains are dirty, the lobby is dusty, and there’s constant construction in the lobby. Overall felt unhygienic.

It had an issue with the price I had reserved through booking .. only to be surprised with completely different cost once I have arrived .. it’s doubled .. although that I have called them to know everything before even booking..stains over bed sheets and towels..some staff are careless.. breakfast area u can see up to 4 employees standing n the middle of buffet talking and having long loud conversations.reception was under maintenance and loud.not a pleasant overall experience
