The room was big, comfortable, with a nice view on the pool and the stadium.
The staff at the reception was helpful. They solved our Wifi issue and got us a Uber ride.
To begin with, the place is really difficult to reach.
The access is situated along the Egyptian Air Stadium facility with only a little panel for indication.
Even the local drivers got lost several times after exiting the highway.
Given the location (Borg El Arab), it can be difficult to find Uber drivers.
The breakfast was disappointing and the coffee particularly bad. It might be because of the low season but, during the day, the hotel was kind of sleeping. There doesn't seem to be even a food offer. We directly order a coffee at the reception.
It seems to be common in Egypt but some people from the staff hardly speak English. It's unacceptable for a supposed 4 stars resort.
For all these reasons, the hotel doesn't deserve a 4 stars rate from my point of view and the price-quality ratio is bad (85 $ a night).

The pool was not operated, and the room was indicated as a two beds room and in fact it was a one king-bed room which is not what I wanted.

Poor finishing slipping bathroom tiles, poor furniture bad lighting.. limited breakfast variety.. staff were ok, but when you ask for coffee creamer, you have to pay for it as hotel policy.. you have to drink your coffee black per hotel policy.. paper cups and poor toxic plastic spoons !!

This place is so wonderful.. It is characterized by tranquility.. Although there are no views except for the swimming pool.. But the wonderful tranquility makes up for all of this.

Clean room
The reservation was Queen bed but when we saw the room it was two single bed so we ask the reception about the queen bed they told us there is no such thing and they don’t take with booking reservation name as queen bed even they didn’t accept to put the 2 beds together.
