Location , only location
The parking and the security at the parking is jumping over your head requesting the fees of the parking and names and details as if we will run not doing check in , room are not perfect but as value for money not bad , staff at reception depend on the shift sometimes are very nice and smiling and others I would prefer to leave the hotel from the way they answer .

I once gave them a bad review because of a smoking smell in my room.
Soon after, I received a very kind call from the team assuring me that my feedback had been taken seriously and that they would handle the smoking issue on my next visit and they truly did.
The hotel is very clean, and the staff are highly professional.
