EVERY SINGLE BIT OF IT!! Mainly staff (reception , guest relations , bellmen , resturant , Room service ,housekeeping) Very professional, very friendly , smily all the time , very helpful. They made up our whole trip to Egypt(INDEED!) ???? It is up-to standards , very clean and neat , food is great and we loved the elevator experience ?? Please keep the same spirit and vibes?

The facility is amazing, it gives you a feeling that you stay in a historical place which you can’t find it easily anywhere & adding to all of that , their stuff was helpful and so friendly during the stay
Just the varieties of the food of the breakfast that needs to be improved & coffee capsules that you can have it at the room is really cheap . Both not matching with the paid value for the accommodation..

The staff are very hospitable and always available to help with warm smiles. The food is amazing and the room is very comfortable.

The Junior Suite with Sea View was exceptional. The King Faisal room was outstanding. The breakfast buffet offered many choices and options. The staff was very friendly, helpful and accommodating (they met our request for a late checkout :-).
The shower does not have a door or curtain and water splashes out into the toilet area.
