Disappointing
May be the location
No kettle,no hot water in the guest bathroom or the master bedroom’s bathroom or the kitchen,
No free WiFi, dusty beds and room, furniture is really old, scruffy and worn out with bad smell, and there is unwanted noise through out the night, in general the furniture is nasty, and there is no free parking, the staff were careless and didn’t care for our complaints or needs

The location is very nice and the building is nice.
The apartment wasn't equipped with any basic consumables, no toilet papers, no tea, sugar etc..
The lamp on the corridor was flickering already at the checkin, but was never changed although we asked.
The Wifi wasn't working.
Overall, the apartment looked like it needs maintenance, all couches were poor and many things were rusty.

# location is excellent oversight the famous Stanley bridge.
# the host is respectful and tries to solve , within limits,any issues.
# Filthy furniture.
# poorly equipped kitchen.
# Filthy plumbing.you have to open the kitchen tap to ignite the gas water heater, just to have warm water shower.
# the photos are not contemporary to reflect the real status of the property.
# the electricity metre need to be charged twice with corresponding twice power outage when it ran out of credit.it takes 6 hours to be charged and restore power.

- The view from the balcony is fantastic
- The location is very convenient to all the city places to visit.
- The parking is very good and easy, and the parking man is very helpful.
- The apartment is so clean, and it was easy to get access to it.
- The building is very good and the lift is always available.
- The furniture is old and need to be upgraded.
- The kitchen appliances need to be updated and provide more tools there, not enough tools to eat with family.
- The electricity was cut off due to insufficient balance on the electricity meter, it was annoying to stay 1 hour without electricity until detecting its only our apartment to have that problem.
