Location, clean, security, furniture, Home design , helpful and respectful staff
- Lights was not bright enough : even there are many spots but it wasn't comfortable for eyes.
- The apartment needs better ventilation and more openings to allow sunlight to enter.

The place is one of the most wonderful places I have lived The cleanliness is at the highest level, all living necessities are available, the internet is very strong, the furnishings are modern and comfortable, the location is more than wonderful, and the management of the place and their professional treatment was the most outstanding for me. The place is so nice and comfortable, the nice modern furniture and great recliners in the living room are great!
The location is in the middle of the city, near to everything you will need.
Overall we really enjoyed our stay here!

The style of the interior design is magnificent
The location is right in the middle of Alex sea road
First floor (no hassle to wait for the lift)
Car parking lot under the building (cheap)
Back yard area is great and convenient for smoking
Need more billows (not so comfy)
The outside private area was dusty at check in time (and no cleaning towels to dust it out)
The kitchen is great but needs a place to dry the dishes.

The studio is spacious and comfortable, with a perfect location. The hosts were welcoming and professional. Everything met our expectations perfectly.
There is a lack of sunlight inside the studio due to the absence of windows, preventing sunbeams from entering.

Close to sea, in middle of city, good building, security guy and cameras, big bed.
Carpets was wrapped in heavy plastic, i few times almost fall when leg get caught in part of that plastic material. In my opinion - if you arent ready to clean them, just dont put them, but that plastic made it feel wrong and uncomfortable. In picture there is nice carpet in room without plastic. Was pretty dark inside, not like in pictures, lights should more bright, since there is no windows.
