-Parking should be free as part of the accommodation, and we only knew about the cost when we checked -in
-We only had Breakfast; the quantity and variety were fine, but the quality needs to improve. I would rather have fewer choices but higher quality

Everything about it was pleasant
To my surprise the sushi chef was excellent and the sushi was delicious when the sushi bar was small and hidden
And the grilled fillet cooked medium well was very nice and tasty (room service)
While it is not a fault at the hotel but they are fully booked since the beginning of the year and no availability till long time , they need extra rooms or build an extension

the location
The noise of the street was high, and the windows didn't isolate sound, I couldn't sleep the first night.
The hotel is not value for money.

Friendly, helpful staff that quickly resolved any issues I had. Excellent buffet breakfast with fresh fruit and low-fat yogurt option available and good room service food as well.
Room size is small including the tiny bathroom. The restaurant originally did not have any Menus printed for those of us who do not have smartphones but the front desk provided me with one when I complained about it to them!

The breakfast variety and quality
Room facilities and amenities. Window rubber seal torn which made the street noise come through and wind whistling loudly. Slippery flooring and no slippers provided. Housekeeping knocking the door and shouting loudly around 8 pm!

Everything was excellent. The hotel’s location was very good with a beautiful view. The room was clean, and the breakfast was very good and varied. The experience was great, and I would definitely go again more than once.
