Polite Hotel Manager
Every thing in hotel was very bad (all Booking photos were false for another hotel ) : all bad including Entrance, car parking, everything in the room unclean, furniture very old without any maintenance, bed covers old and unclean, toilet very bad , glass on elevations dusty with mortar stains….

I didn't like anything since I reached the hotel
The building are very old and not organized,
Even the room door was very old and noisy, I payed more 133 S.R extra due to the rate of dollars and I explained to the receptionist but he asked me to pay by dollar
Room was very dirty and I didn't even had breakfast for one day because Im not sure the condition of the food.
I went to the private beach and the charges me money for what I don't know.
It was very bad experience and will not book this hotel again.

I really like the way that the staff welcomed us and made everything possible for us to have a good stay.
Room bathrooms need a bit cleaning and the sheets and blankets in general.

The staff during breakfast was helpful. Location is good.
The room needed maintenance. The roof was leaking water. The furniture was old. Elevators did not work repeatedly. The staff was not very friendly.

Location right on the Corniche. Big rooms and cleaned by Haneen. Emad provided us with a good driver to take us around
Breakfast was the same thing everyday.
EVERYBODY'S looking for a tip! Can't wait to suck your blood for some money! When we were leaving, it's almost as if they were ready to grab the money out of our hands!

The sea view is always beautiful and charming, the room is spacious and very good, the breakfast is quite good.
My personal experience starts with a receptionist who was not professional and did not explain to me the basic information about the hotel. The cleaning ladies were excellent and polite in dealing with me, but the lady in the restaurant was very bad and looked at us with uncomfortable looks for no reason. The location was very far from the city center, and the works on the road made the arrival worse. The furniture is very old but comfortable. The value is high compared to what you get in return.

i didn't like ant thing there, rooms was not matching with my expectations.
Paid Wi-Fi only for 2 devices, so if you have more than 2 devices you need to pay more money to get second card for internet access.
hotel photos on google and booking.com different than the real place.
the rooms looks very the furniture very old and bad smile is coming.
