The staff during breakfast was helpful. Location is good.
The room needed maintenance. The roof was leaking water. The furniture was old. Elevators did not work repeatedly. The staff was not very friendly.

The view
1- everything needs maintenance
2- its very old,the rooms were very dirty, the windows the bed sheets
3- the toilet looks like a public toilet and the drain over flowed and the bathtub was clogged
4- the room service was very very bad, they dont change the bedsheets or clean the bathroom
5- you have to pay for EVERYTHING the Wi-Fi , the parking ,the access the beach was 150 EGP per person!!!!!! Even the drinks in the buffet needed money.
6- the fees on the booking is not what they requested there, with difference OF 3000 POUNDS.
7- the parking belongs to ANOTHR BUILDING, was very humid and a horrible, old environment for any type of car, also very small with a disgusting smell. NO CLEANING SERVICE WAS INCLUDED !!!!
8- breakfast was of zero variety, smelled bad , very cold and almost went bad, nothing was hygienic, the waiters were very rude. The tea was dirt water
9- the photos on the booking app was photoshopped
10- the reception were talking above their nose
11- the beach was narrow and full of dirt, it was rocky and no drinks were allowed inside.

The breakfast was good also for the location .
That I have to pay for the WiFi and the beach also for the parking . The check in was bad.

Not clean , everything crazy in that hotel , I can't believe they call that hotel ( hotel )
I really not recommend anyone's staying at that hotel even free.
