The sea view
Very bad experience. The hotel is not clean, and the rooms are old and worn out more like a hotel rated below 3 stars. The bed sheets are extremely dirty, the pillows are used and unclean, the blankets and even the mattress are stained. Even the walls are dirty. The service does not match the price at all very poor value for money. I do not recommend staying here at all.

Very Poor
The location is good it’s near to mall and restaurant. The hotel is very old no proper management the staff are lazy they don’t know what they’re doing. The rooms totally poor hygiene dirty old bedding,pillows,I found lot of hair under the bed sheets,carpet are dirty,curtains are dusty the air conditions smell dust. Rate from 1 to 10 I will definitely give zero. Very poor hygiene. Morning buffet you can’t eat even to touche everything glass and utensils dirty.

My room was clean. Staff and security were very friendly and polite, gave me free room upgrade upon my arrival. Breakfast was also decent
1) I ordered dinner to my room from hotel restaurant, they served me undercooked chicken with blood in it. I got sick from that, and it was one of major reasons why I was unable to visit Luxor. Instead, I had to buy an extra ticket back home ASAP.
2) Hotel's Wifi was atrocious, over half of my stay, Wifi would not work at all. I couldn't even use it to get Uber to get to airport.

Nice place in great location right by the sea in Alexandria beautiful Mediterranean coast. Reasonable size room. Location is near by mall, transportation and everything.

We are at the hotel breakfast had varieties which were delicious the staff were exeptional especially samaa gamal and the waiters
And help from the receptionist Modonna she was extremely helpfull answered all our questions and helped us with places to go in Alexandria
2 to bottle ration of water it should more and the bed were hard to sleep on should much more softer

The location is great the staff are excellent
The beds mattress, bellows, towels are very old and over used not in great condition, bed bugs don’t allow us to sleep well had to see the doctor for bed bugs bite
