Very crowded and small, the beds and pillows were tiny and very uncomfortable, the breakfast buffet was very bad (empty dishes)

The location is good it’s near to mall and restaurant. The hotel is very old no proper management the staff are lazy they don’t know what they’re doing. The rooms totally poor hygiene dirty old bedding,pillows,I found lot of hair under the bed sheets,carpet are dirty,curtains are dusty the air conditions smell dust. Rate from 1 to 10 I will definitely give zero. Very poor hygiene. Morning buffet you can’t eat even to touche everything glass and utensils dirty.
Will not come back again.

I really liked the location and the room view!
The Wifi connection was terrible. The mobile connection (Vodafone) was terrible as well. I had a couple of work meetings and it was a nightmare!

The hotel has a great location in San Stefano, rooms need to be upgraded and breakfast also needs to be improved.

The sea view
Very bad experience. The hotel is not clean, and the rooms are old and worn out more like a hotel rated below 3 stars. The bed sheets are extremely dirty, the pillows are used and unclean, the blankets and even the mattress are stained. Even the walls are dirty. The service does not match the price at all very poor value for money. I do not recommend staying here at all.
