The heritage, location and reception & housekeeping staff are exceptional. The response to guests requests was prompt and professional. Although breakfast could be better but the roof terrace where the breakfast is served provides awesome views on the beautiful Alexandria corniche. I would like to thank Mr. Ahmed Shawky (front desk), Miss. Meryl Adel (Guest relations), Mrs. Hend (Housekeeping) and Me. Mohammed (Bell Captain).
As the building of hotel is a historic one, it might needs more restoration too keep it in a better shape. But still clean and wonderful.

Everything and everyone was so nice
That guy named Karim His the guest selector at the top bar roof I had to leave there and never come back because he was so aggressive how he was talking to customers especially my friend who came there from New York to see me and the reason because he was a white sneakers I had to close my tab and go down to Blue harbor and since then I said I’ll never go back

Location is perfect
It was a disappointing experience, especially since I have memories with this place from my childhood. The rooms need major maintenance and renovation. The elevator can take more than 15 minutes, especially at night. Valet parking is not available after 12 AM. I was charged twice – once on Booking and once at the hotel – and I still haven’t received a refund. Overall, I do not recommend this hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The service was excellent, with staff who were always friendly, attentive, and ready to help. The location is perfect—close to everything you might need, making it very convenient for both relaxation and exploring the area. One of the highlights of my stay was the breathtaking sea view from the balcony. Waking up to such a beautiful منظر every day was truly unforgettable. Overall, a fantastic experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, great service, and an amazing view.

The old classic design was super charming and immersive and Christina gave up a warm welcome. The place is absolutely stunning with the best view in Alexandria and all the staff were super helpful!
