The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms and the view were impeccable.
The location is a bit far if you're in Alexandria to site-see and go to all the ancient archeological sites. Also since it's a 5 star hotel we expected a smart TV in the room to stream our personalized content.

The staff were greeting guests with happy faces, kind behavior. Bed sheets and towels were clean. There were complimentary water, coffee, tea in the room and they also sent complimentary fruit plate when we checked in.
The curtains of the room make the room dark enough not to interrupt your sleep. The room had a good balcony with a half sea view. A/C was working good enough. The concierge was very kind.
The breakfast, tasteless. The plumbing, horrible. You try to take a shower and wait for that water to drizzle over you for an hour. Also the bidet system was not working properly, the sink was filling up with water the drainage wasn’t clear. The room was dirty. Okay they change the sheets and towels fair enough but the floors, the surfaces, the sink, the bath nothing was clean. There was no kind of wiping of it. Scrubbing of it. The city is too loud and because of the hotel’s pretty convenient location it was loud when the window was open. The upper lock of the door wasn’t working properly. The hotel furniture interior is from god knows which date, it is so dated and mot updated at all.
After all, this hotel was NOTHING like Sheraton. It doesn’t deserve the name and deceives people into thinking that this is a chain hotel and you’d get the same quality service. Never would I ever stay here again.

Honestly, this was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Everyone at the hotel was phenomenal — welcoming, kind, and treated us like family. Mr. Zain, Ahmad, Mohammad, and everyone else were simply amazing.
The food was absolutely delicious, the rooms were spotless, and the view from the 13th floor with the sea view was phenomenal. Every detail exceeded our expectations, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay perfect.
We also arranged an airport shuttle both ways — the price was very fair, and our driver Ahmad was extremely respectful and nice.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Alexandria. Book it with your eyes closed — you won’t regret it!

The service was very good and the staff were excellent. The reception and overall interaction were very polite and professional. Special thanks to Tamer, Ahmed Esmat, Aya, and housekeeping (Mohamed) – everything was great.
We just hope to see some attractive offers and better prices for the rooms in the future.
