Everything was amazing, the staff was very responsive, i asked for early check in and the offered a washroom until our room was cleaned and ready. It was my wedding anniversary they offered a small tart as a complimentary which was a great surprise. The team at breakfast is sooo nice specially Mr. Mohamed and Mrs Naglaa
I have to mention that the bathroom was slightly old and might require renovation however it worked perfectly

The hotel appears not to have been renovated since it first opened. The furniture is outdated, the bathtub is painted, and the gym is small and old. Overall, it does not meet the standards expected of a Sheraton property.
