Our stay at Jewel Al Mandara was absolutely perfect! We had a fantastic time. The view was stunning, and the staff were exceptionally friendly. A special shout-out to Ms. Marwa and Asmaa for their amazing service—they truly made our experience memorable.
we were disappointed by the absence of guest parking and having a room with no AC. Resolving the parking and air conditioning issues would easily elevate this to a five-star experience.

The location was very good. The stuff was excellent and really helpful. They try to help with anything as they can. We left our suitcases after we checked out to run some errands out of the hotel and they kept it for us in a safe place and we got it back exactly how we lifted and that was really nice and sweet from them.
Nothing negative to say about them nothing is perfect but actually they are nice helpful almost perfect and I’m sure they will be perfect one day

I recently stayed at Hotel Jewel and had a fantastic experience. The staff took exceptional care of us, always greeting us with a warm smile and providing immediate assistance whenever needed. I want to especially highlight Miss Marwa at the reception. She was incredibly polite and respectful, truly going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. I would rate her a perfect 10/10 in everything—Masha Allah! Thank you for making my stay memorable. Highly recommended!

It is nice place to stay in ,,,small apartment is good for family to stay together ,,2 room with air conditioned have all facilities as kitchen tools and all are clean ,,,staff are very friendly ,,,you can see the perfect sea view from your Room
