Absolutely nothing except location
The worst place ever.. unwelcoming reception, very poor and dirty room with small beds, totally different from the pics on booking. I couldn't sleep as I could hear every vehicle hitting the road very loud and clear although the room was in the 7th floor in the rear side of the building. The door of the room doesn't fit the frame well, so light goes through the door. Very old furniture and uncomfortable beds. The pics will be more expressive than words.

Rooms must have minibar to make tea it's very important also the wifi coverage wasn't too good
Noise from housekeepers in the morning they were talking very loud and they used to open and close doors very very hard which made so much noise i couldn't sleep

I didn't like anything except the location.
The room they gave me was so bad and not clean and the window was broken and it doesn't worth any money.
I checked in and returned at sleep time and didn't see the room except night, and I was shocked how dirty and poor it was, and it doesn't worth a penny. I don't know the staff also is not nice, no facilities in room except a soap not even a towel and they didn't give me, I had mine so I didn't ask but when I was checking out they were giving another person which was shocking for me.
Not recommended at all. I never felt that feeling in a hotel I couldn't even sleep. No air conditioner, no fan and room was very hot. I was in another hotel before with almost the same amount and it was clean and so good with air conditioner also, fridge, towels and boiler.
