We were very pleased with the hotel staff. They kindly helped us with an early check-in, which was highly appreciated. The reception ambassador was superb, and we truly liked her assistance and professionalism. The breakfast was excellent, and the entire staff was unbelievable — very friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay.
The room was very clean, and we were upgraded free of charge to a room with a nicer view.
We would like to kindly suggest limiting the duration and noise level of wedding parties, especially during late evening hours, as the loud music may disturb hotel guests and affect their comfort and overall experience.
We fully understand the importance of such events, and we appreciate your efforts to balance both celebrations and guest satisfaction.

Quiet location, nice view, friendly service.
First, I ordered a family room with 2 king beds, and when I arrived the hotel, the desk representative informed they don’t have this option and the available option is twin bed.
Second, The ventilation was poor and there are no windows in the room that you can open.
Third: Room furniture is not new and it seems it already repaired and the room telephone is old and broken.
Fourth: some bathroom parts was bot clean and old.
Fifth: I was surprised that; the hotel knows we are 4 persons who stay in the room, they brings just 2 towels and 2 small water bottles!
From customer experience, as long as you know you have 4 guests will stay in the room then you have to serve the 4 persons not just 2!

The hotel is clean and elegant, the room was spacious & comfortable.
There was no hot water in the bathroom until the time of checkout. The reception could not get hold of the maintenance team all morning and no one had any explanation for the cause of the problem until we had to leave without taking a shower.

It is nice rooms and nice facilities
The reception staff are not trained well
In the check out around 1 am there was lady and guy , they need 50 USD remaining amount to pay to hotel , I gave them by note 50 USD they didn’t accepted they said it is folded, all bank notes are folded , it is so strange to reject the money for this reason , also they told me system is not allowed to give invoice for 2 nights because it 1 am they give me invoice for one nights I was so angry for what is happening

I am an avid traveler, but I am not usually someone who takes the time to write reviews. However, the experience at this Hilton truly deserves special recognition.
Karem and Rami went above and beyond to ensure we had the best possible stay. Their professionalism, genuine care, and honesty made a huge difference and turned our visit into a truly memorable experience. Every request was handled with attention, warmth, and efficiency, making us feel valued from start to finish.
The hydro pool and spa experience were outstanding — relaxing, well-maintained, and exactly what we needed to unwind. The shisha experience was also excellent, with great service and a comfortable, enjoyable atmosphere. A special highlight was when the team prepared Koshari especially for us, which was a thoughtful and personal touch that we will never forget.
The breakfast menu is very extensive, with a wide variety of options to suit different tastes. There were also plenty of vegetarian choices available at both breakfast and dinner, which made dining at the hotel very convenient and enjoyable for us.
Nothing at all. Whenever we had the slightest of the concern, they actually put 200% efforts to sort it out
