I recently stayed at Hilton Alexandria King’s Ranch. The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff were generally kind and helpful.
However, I am writing to express my deep concern and disappointment regarding the hotel’s treatment of animals on its premises.
I personally observed that the hotel has been collecting cats from the property, reportedly keeping them in small, inhumane cages meant for rats, with the intention of removing them. As a guest, I find this practice both cruel and unacceptable. These cats are living beings that deserve compassion and proper care. The hotel could simply leave them alone or, if necessary, relocate them humanely through local animal welfare organizations or licensed shelters — not confine them in such distressing conditions.
After this incident, the management attempted to convince me that they are “pet friendly” and do not harm animals. Yet, shortly before checking out, I came across another troubling example: the hotel’s own security dog, who serves and protects the property, was confined in a dirty, cramped cage with unfit drinking water. Before leaving, we even had to ask staff to clean the cage and provide clean water — something that should never have been neglected.
These incidents are deeply concerning and reflect poorly on a hotel operating under the Hilton name. I urge the management to immediately stop all inhumane practices and to implement proper care standards for all animals on the property in cooperation with animal welfare organizations.
Animals — especially those serving the hotel — deserve respect, compassion, and humane treatment. I truly hope Hilton takes this issue seriously and acts swiftly to address it.

The hotel is spacious, impeccably clean, luxurious, and exceptionally comfortable. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area, and its convenient location is just a 20-minute drive from the airport.

I likes the pool area
At first they couldn't find my reservation. I had to wait at the reception for 20 mins to check in, after they finally found the reservation and I got into the room I was shocked to find only 2 towels and no slippers in a quad room!! I said ok maybe it's a mishap from the housekeeping team so I called reception and asked for 2 more towels and 3 slippers and I clearly stated that I wanted them ASAP as I wanted to go out. It took them 2 HOURS to get them and guess what? They only got the towels and only 1 slipper. Also, one of my friends had a suit and wanted it dry cleaned so we called the laundry service and they came to pick it up, we asked them when should we expect it back? They said in 2 hours and of course we didn't get it back in 2 hours we actually got it the next morning when I had to call them and ask for it to be sent to the room. And finally, the person who checked me in forgot to stamp the parking receipt to document that I paid for parking so on my way out I had to wait in my car for 15 mins so security can verify that I had paid the 100EGP!!! Making me feel furious that I was treated like I was trying to get out of paying or something

The room was spacious, clean and overall very neat. Room keeper Sahar was also very kind, respectful and a very mindful person while doing her job. I appreciate her attentiveness to my request and ability to work so quick.
I think adding more toiletries would have been great, but that's totally ok if not added (just a matter of preference, it didn't make or break how much I liked my stay).
