It is nice rooms and nice facilities
The reception staff are not trained well
In the check out around 1 am there was lady and guy , they need 50 USD remaining amount to pay to hotel , I gave them by note 50 USD they didn’t accepted they said it is folded, all bank notes are folded , it is so strange to reject the money for this reason , also they told me system is not allowed to give invoice for 2 nights because it 1 am they give me invoice for one nights I was so angry for what is happening

I am an avid traveler, but I am not usually someone who takes the time to write reviews. However, the experience at this Hilton truly deserves special recognition.
Karem and Rami went above and beyond to ensure we had the best possible stay. Their professionalism, genuine care, and honesty made a huge difference and turned our visit into a truly memorable experience. Every request was handled with attention, warmth, and efficiency, making us feel valued from start to finish.
The hydro pool and spa experience were outstanding — relaxing, well-maintained, and exactly what we needed to unwind. The shisha experience was also excellent, with great service and a comfortable, enjoyable atmosphere. A special highlight was when the team prepared Koshari especially for us, which was a thoughtful and personal touch that we will never forget.
The breakfast menu is very extensive, with a wide variety of options to suit different tastes. There were also plenty of vegetarian choices available at both breakfast and dinner, which made dining at the hotel very convenient and enjoyable for us.

Dining restaurant felt more like a cafeteria where many guests were smoking - and was full on the 2nd day during a football match- not healthy for the kids...Had to take dinner outside and was cold

I recently stayed at Hilton Alexandria King’s Ranch. The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff were generally kind and helpful.
However, I am writing to express my deep concern and disappointment regarding the hotel’s treatment of animals on its premises.
I personally observed that the hotel has been collecting cats from the property, reportedly keeping them in small, inhumane cages meant for rats, with the intention of removing them. As a guest, I find this practice both cruel and unacceptable. These cats are living beings that deserve compassion and proper care. The hotel could simply leave them alone or, if necessary, relocate them humanely through local animal welfare organizations or licensed shelters — not confine them in such distressing conditions.
After this incident, the management attempted to convince me that they are “pet friendly” and do not harm animals. Yet, shortly before checking out, I came across another troubling example: the hotel’s own security dog, who serves and protects the property, was confined in a dirty, cramped cage with unfit drinking water. Before leaving, we even had to ask staff to clean the cage and provide clean water — something that should never have been neglected.
These incidents are deeply concerning and reflect poorly on a hotel operating under the Hilton name. I urge the management to immediately stop all inhumane practices and to implement proper care standards for all animals on the property in cooperation with animal welfare organizations.
Animals — especially those serving the hotel — deserve respect, compassion, and humane treatment. I truly hope Hilton takes this issue seriously and acts swiftly to address it.
