I had a stay at Hilton Green Plaza Hotel, and it was an excellent experience overall.
The hotel staff were professional, friendly, and very attentive to guests’ needs.
I would especially like to commend Mr. Abdelrahman Ahmed, who was extremely cooperative and helpful throughout my stay. His professionalism, courtesy, and willingness to assist truly reflected the high standards of the hotel and left a very positive impression on me.

The location is not near downtown, but it is in the middle of a shopping mall, so you have easy access to restaurants and coffee shops. It is also quiet at night (10 p.m. and later), which is a rarity in Alexandria.
I checked out early, and they promised a refund that never happened.
Also, my sister visited me in the room for two minutes. They saw her walking into the room with me and immediately called, asking for her ID (which is their way of asking her to leave). I am a 53-year-old man, and my sister is 50. I am aware of the local culture, but they should have better judgment.

the hotel is perfectly located , around a lot of entertainment . the room is very wide the service was perfect , breakfast a lot of variety and lovely food. the room service was perfect and always quick response . bell man are very helpful as well ,thank you for making our stay a lovely and comfortable one

The hotel was in a very good location. There were many shops and cafés around, and the area was lively.
The rooms were new and very clean. We were given drinking water whenever we asked ?

We would also like to thank Badr and Mariam, who worked at breakfast and dinner. They were friendly, polite, and took great care of us.
Overall, thank you to all the hotel staff. Everything was excellent. We will definitely recommend this hotel to our friends and will surely return.
