The staff is beyond amazing and welcoming. The room was very clean thanks to Heba the cleaning lady. Also huge thanks to Ahmed Sanhoury and Mohamed El Maghrabi at the front desk for their unforgettable hospitality! Over all highly recommend!

The room how special they did it as for our anniversary they toke extra care for us many thanks for front desk Mohammad El Maghrabi for his amazing service and welcoming and for the house keeping Ebrahim he wad great.
Non all was perfect the cleaning and hospitality in here they truly made me feel like very welcome.

The furniture is worn out and the rooms feel outdated. Basic amenities are not provided in the room unless specifically requested, and even then, the response time is quite slow—I had to ask for tissues and cotton ear picks, which were eventually delivered but not initially available.
The overall service and setup of the hotel do not reflect a 5-star standard; it aligns more closely with a 3-star experience. Given this, the value does not match the price paid.

Location was great! The mall has a lot of options needed for guests. Breakfast is good and check in was smooth. Swimming pool and spa were nice thanks to Mohammed, Yasmin and Fikry!
Staff was friendly and helpful.
Our room was so far from the reception and the elevator was so noisy and outdated.
