During our visit, the outdoor facility were closed (winter seasons). The hotel really need to consider lowering their prices during this period.

Such a beautiful and calm spot in the middle of Alexandria! We love visiting family here and staying at the Four Seasons adds some relaxing "vacation" time to our visit.

Not a Four Seasons standard, the bedsheets were not put properly, the carpet was stained, the fruit basket was sad and the fruits were not ripe.
I requested hand cream or a body lotion, the house keeping guy said it was in the shower, but there was none.
The breakfast buffet is outdoors and very limited, the food was all processed and canned, sausages, smoked salmon, cold cuts, cereal.. etc .. nothing was cooked apart from sautéed vegetables, crepe and eggs live station. The breads were all exposed pigeon were literally walking on the buns and picking on them!
On the last day the toilet stopped flushing!
I raised all these points to the Receptionist Mohamed and he was very apologetic and took note of every details. Then when the manager in-duty arrived Mohamed offered me to talk to him. sadly the manager was dismissing and was talking over me and did not even allowed me to speak.

This hotel is incredible! The staff so helpful and the hotel itself luxurious. Big room, amazing views. The restaurants have delicious food and the private beach is lovely. The mall attached is also very good. The best hotel breakfast I've ever had!

Consistent luxurious quality over the years yet 10 times more expensive than other competitors.
Extremely high Cost ,room service menu would cost thousands for no valid reason.

The rooms were extremely comfortable, and everything was spotless and well-maintained.
At the reception, there was a gentleman with glasses who stood out for being incredibly helpful and professional.
Special mention to Yousef Alaa Elsayed, the lifeguard at the pool. He was always attentive, friendly, and clearly takes pride in his job. You could immediately feel his presence, always alert, approachable, and ready to assist without hesitation. Yousef went above and beyond. He made the pool area feel welcoming and safe. He’s a true asset to the hotel team.
The restaurant food was another highlight, and the team there deserves credit for their attitude: warm, polite, and hardworking.
There was one person at the reception, I believe her name is Sara, whose behavior was noticeably unprofessional. I understand that working long shifts at the front desk can be exhausting, but she was very unwelcoming and came across as irritated anytime someone approached her. It wasn’t just with me, I noticed the same attitude toward other guests as well. She would really benefit from proper training in hospitality and guest service. Also the team responsible for handling the luggage. Their attitude was a bit rude.
