An exceptional hospitality experience from start to finish. The level of attentiveness from all staff is outstanding, professional, welcoming and genuinely invested in the guest experience. You can clearly feel the consistency in service across all departments, which reflects very high hospitality standards.
Service handling stands out the most, even minor observations are acknowledged immediately and handled with care and professionalism. The environment is calm, well-managed, and respectful of guest comfort. Overall, one of the strongest examples of how hospitality should be delivered.
Very minor corridor noise at times, however it was acknowledged immediately and handled positively by the duty manager, which is appreciated.

Another exceptional stay. The city view rooms were noticeably quieter, which made a real difference in overall comfort and quality of rest.
What stands out most is the attentiveness to detail, the team does not just deliver service, they ensure it is done right. The laundry service was a perfect example. They had difficulty ironing one of my skirts and chose to pause and clarify rather than proceed. Even though I was comfortable with it, they felt it was not up to their standards and did not charge me. That level of integrity is rare.
Suhoor was also delivered everyday exactly as ordered, no extras, nothing missing, just precise execution.
What I appreciated the most was the handling of my flight cancellation at 4 AM. I called to extend my stay for one night, it was confirmed immediately on call, and I was not disturbed early in the morning. The payment was respectfully handled later in the evening the next day. This level of respect and understanding for guest circumstances and guest comfort is truly appreciated. Moreover, late checkout was proactively offered and handled smoothly.

The level of attentiveness from all staff was exceptional. The hospitality standards are very high and you can genuinely feel the effort and care put into guest experience across all departments. The whole team is professional, responsive and welcoming, which truly reflects the Four Seasons brand.
There was some noticeable noise and communication between staff in the corridors, which slightly impacted the calm atmosphere expected at this level. This was noted and received positively by the duty manager during checkout, which I very much appreciated.

Spacious room with a nice terrace. Cheerful and helpful staff. They provided my daughter with a complimentary PS5 in the room during our stay, which made her very happy. Good location. The hotel is connected to a large, modern shopping mall. Fresca cafe and restaurant is also nice.
The in-room dining experience was very disappointing, the worst food we’ve had in a long time. I was not expecting this from a five-star hotel like the Four Seasons.

Second stay in the hotel in the same trip. Every things is perfect . I left my bags since I had to come to Alexandria again.
My issue is the attitude in the booking. From my first booking when the hotel tried extracting the payment for the first night from my card before coming, they couldn't and they called too. Checked with the bank and I found the problem from thier side and the card is working. I messaged them and when I came I paid the total amount. The same problem happened again with the second booking and they called too. Told them that I'm in the middle of street, busy and I can't hear them properly. But even with that we continue taking, asked me the time for my arrival and insisted to pay via link for the first night since that thier policy. I replied that I will pay after I finish my business since I'm in place not suitable to pay and before 6pm as what they said. After half hour, the hotel tried to cut the amount again and immediately when they couldn't and received anther call but I didn't answer since truly I was seriously busy to argue again and have a huge amount of bill since I'm receiving international calls. When I come back in the place I was staying called them to understand what the reason for the other call and if the link truly was sent from the hotel since I also doubt them with the scamming that happening. Funny things they denied that they tried to cut the amount again when I received a message as always from my bank. They said the second call was to check when I will check in where I answered previously too. The difference between the procedure for the two receivation when in the second time it became worse.

Staff were so friendly and helpful specially reception team. We have tried all restaurants in the hotel and they were amazing. Special thanks to Arabisque restaurant team anf their leader Yousif for his outstanding hospitality.
Unfortunately the beach was closed due to winter weather.
