The room was very good, spacious and clean, the balcony was very nice.
The hot water in the shower is there, but you have to choose, piping hot or ice cold, that's it, no middle ground.
The pool was not clean, and only one employee was responsible for 2 pools on both sides of the hotel.
We went into the gym, and there were no employees what so ever!!
The food is the worst EVER. The breakfast buffet is not like the images they posted. It's a monstrosity. Everything is blend and old, like, several days old.
I ordered Om Ali dessert, and literally, it was a bowl of 'fino' bread soaked in milk!!!!!
There is WiFi, but it's so bad that it doesn't make sense to use it.

The location
There is no early check-in, don't arrive before 10 am otherwise they're gonna charge you triple the amount you paid on booking.com for early check-in, The hotel facilities are not up to standard, the water boiler in the room was broken, the water heater in the bathroom was broken. However, the staff were really friendly, nice and helpful.
It's good value for money.

We had a very nice stay. The beds are comfortable. The food was good. Everyone was very helpful. I enjoyed my time there.
There was loud music that could be heard in our first room but they moved us
