The location is perfect and the side sea view is amazing. The apartment is on the 17th floor so it is also away from the noise in the street. On one side of the street you see the sea and on the other you find a very lively street with shops and restaurants to get all your needs. The staff are also very decent and responsive.
All the beds were twin beds. And the apartment has three bedrooms with 5 twin beds which was not convenient for my family. Also on of the rooms doesnt have an AC or a fan. We had to borrow the fan from the living room. Also be careful, the photos show an AC in the living area but there isnt. The weather can get hot without the fan. The carpet in the living is filthy and old. Same goes for the bathroom and kitchen rugs. The apartment has only one bathroom which could also be annoying for a big group. The elevators are super small and though there are two elevators that are perfectly functioning, the building guard decides on his own whether to allow only one or both elevators work. Thats super annoying because the apartment is on the 17th floor and the elevators are suuuper slow. The washing machine is non automatic. It works fine though

Fairly good for it's price, apartment was fairly clean, the location is perfect and has a nice balcony, the kitchen has the essentials tools only, isn't much ready for a lot of making however alll needed essentials was there overall nothing was ,missing, apartment is big enough for a large family or group of friends

The apartment was beautiful! The host made sure it was clean. Feels very much like home. Both the host and his assistant were very helpful and made sure our needs were being met. Easy to contact the owner - he is polite and easy going. The apartment is located in a really good area, stunning view of the sea from the balcony, and literally a 5 minute walk from the beach. Also close to historical sites such as the citadel of Qaitbay and the library. 1000% recommend it, especially if your stay is short. Im already missing Alexandria, and of course the apartment! :) thank you Mohammed.
