As a family, we've stayed in many privately owned flats in Alexandria and other vacation cities, and I must say that this flat was exceptional! It's the type that makes you wish you'd booked a few more days! Firstly, the place was very spacious, had abundant natural sunlight and a gorgeous view. The place was exceptionally clean. We brought our own sheets and bedding and couch/chair covers as we normally do, but in this flat they weren't even needed because the bed linens were so fresh and the living room furniture and dining room chairs were actually clean. The kitchen was obviously freshly cleaned, with a clean refrigerator, microwave and gas stove/oven. Everything in the kitchen worked well. The kitchen was well stocked with plastic plates and bowls, glass mugs, a couple of drinking cups, utensils. Also a packet of dish liquid and new sponge. The bathroom was also obviously freshly cleaned, and there was a fresh bar of soap provided as well. The washing machine that is in the pics was not present. The location is very convenient and everything you need is just a hop skip and jump away (pharmacy, bread, supermarket, all types of fast food, ice cream, etc.). Overall, we were extremely comfortable and pleased with our experience.

The location is perfect and the side sea view is amazing. The apartment is on the 17th floor so it is also away from the noise in the street. On one side of the street you see the sea and on the other you find a very lively street with shops and restaurants to get all your needs. The staff are also very decent and responsive.
All the beds were twin beds. And the apartment has three bedrooms with 5 twin beds which was not convenient for my family. Also on of the rooms doesn’t have an AC or a fan. We had to borrow the fan from the living room. Also be careful, the photos show an AC in the living area but there isn’t. The weather can get hot without the fan. The carpet in the living is filthy and old. Same goes for the bathroom and kitchen rugs. The apartment has only one bathroom which could also be annoying for a big group. The elevators are super small and though there are two elevators that are perfectly functioning, the building guard decides on his own whether to allow only one or both elevators work. That’s super annoying because the apartment is on the 17th floor and the elevators are suuuper slow. The washing machine is non automatic. It works fine though
