Clean room and great location. Also, everyone is really helpful and welcoming you warmheartedly. Especially Mina is really helpful, recommending you places and beaches to visit and trying everything to make your stay wholesome. When im in alexandria again, I will definetely use this hotel again!

Hotel location is perfect for my trip plan. This is not the first time to stay in the hotel. In my opinion, hotel facilities and rooms/apartments are suitable and good for the trips to Alexandria specially if you are interested in downtown and visiting touristic attractions.

Friendly staff, booked the 4 person apartment. It was clean spacious equipped with microwave, a fridge, a kitchenette , even the dish washing sponge and soap was there. Its a very short distance from the hotel.

Rooms are relatively comfortable and clean inside. Location is relatively close to the museums. There was an opportunity for cleaning in the room (if you ask). Breakfast is quite large. A very cute cat!
1) Internet is accessible only from a lobby (not from the rooms). 2) The quality of the breakfast is low (you mostly have yogurt with banana, cheese (3 types), always fried eggs and a lot of bread). At all, with the same amount of money in Giza we had much better facilities and service.

We got an apartment and it was huge and clean. Living room with A/C and a big room with A/C, bathroom, hot shower, kettle, tea and water, space for luggage, big bed, nice pillows, tv. Wifi worked perfect. Our first recepcionist Mina, was a friendly man, check in was quick, room was ready at 1 pm, he gave us all the information needed as places to visit, how much was a taxi fare from different places to the Hotel. Breakfast was nice: omelet, veggies, tea, water, fruits, juice, cheese, jam and yogourt. Lady in reception was very friendly as well. Was easy communication. We like the fact we were told electricity was gone from 3 pm to 5 pm. About location, it was good for us, 10 mins to the main road close to the sea, we walked around till late, it was safe, uber was easy to use as well. The apartment isnt in the main building, it is next door, little dark building but there was a security guy during the day and night.

Very friendly staff, breakfast served on a tiny balcony, location is a bit remote yet easily accessible by taxi. Room are large and have a fridge. Recommended
Location is close to a school where they played soccer at 2 am ;) When I wanted to pay with Credit Card they wanted me to pay 3,5% markup. I paid cash in EGP

The room we booked is not the same as the one we firstly arranged to ,so we complain and negotiate with front desk ,they eventually give us a better option .which is nice ,not sure why they dont arrange us to the old building at first ,but the new building is not safe ,and anyone like literally anybody could go inside ,its really not safe ,but the second room is amazing ,we can overlook the whole church area ,just feel like back to Europe ! Whole neighborhood is quiet and peace ,which is important since its Egypt !

Spotlessly clean hotel . The towels were in sealed bags. Location is excellent too (about 500 meters or less from the middle of Alexandria's bay). Staff was helpful and room price was fantastic
Hotel entrance might put you off but then the actual hotel is great
