The location was great, within walking distance of many of Alexandria's sights, including the citadel. We had two rooms which were both quite pleasant. The breakfast was nice.
The main photo on Booking.com is misleading - it makes the hotel look a lot grander than it actually is and I don't know where it was taken (we saw nothing that looks anything like it). While the hotel was fine for the price, we were a bit disappointed when we arrived given the photo. Our family of 4 had two rooms which weren't together. When we arrived, we were offered to move to a family room, but it wasn't a very nice room and the shower was tiny with no curtain or door (the two rooms we stuck with were quite nice with proper showers, but it seems the quality of room varies quite a bit).

Disappointing
It was basically awful, the room honestly was an intensive care unit and turned into a hotel room, you could still see the oxygen and air pipes & gauges all over the room, and it was a separate facility, I could sworn it was a hospital or a clinic and then turned into a semi city hotel.

They let us check in early. But we had to accept a room in a different building instead of an apartment. It is their courtesy that they provided us with a hotplate and utensils, so we could cook or warm our own food. They had handy printed suggestions for walking or going by taxi to the tourist spots in Alexandria.
There was only a curtain between the room and the toilet and not a door.

Prime location in the heart of Alexandria, steps from Saint Catherine Cathedral and Attarine Mosque, with easy access to the corniche promenade and local eateries. As for the staff, they were exceptionally nice and helpful.

The hotel is clean, the staff are very nice and helpful, breakfast was great, tea and coffee anytime
The location of the hotel is in an area cordoned off by security guards with a school right in front of the hotel with school hours starting at 06:30 am and ending at 01:30am with a cacophony of bands and noise as well as after school activities. Very noisy location due to the school. The beds and pillows were very hard to make for a comfortable sleep.

The hotel was in the heart of the city, room was clean, staff were helpful, they have Insta pay and Pos , so you have several ways to settle the payment. The laundry service was amazing. Next time I'd love to stay in king size bed.
The internet was working in some areas only, if they have phone in each room it would be amazing so people won't have to get down to the Reception to ask about something, The coffee tray was only provided with Tea and sugar, I think if they have more varieties would be better. Also the elevator wasn't working for old people if it could be fixed it'd be so useful, luggage assistance should be provided during the check-in and check-out. For me I had a light bag so there was no need.
