Prime location in the heart of Alexandria, steps from Saint Catherine Cathedral and Attarine Mosque, with easy access to the corniche promenade and local eateries. As for the staff, they were exceptionally nice and helpful.

Slept well. Its looks MUCH better inside than outside.
Cleaning supplies were left in the bathroom. It appears it is still under construction.

The hotel is clean, the staff are very nice and helpful, breakfast was great, tea and coffee anytime
The location of the hotel is in an area cordoned off by security guards with a school right in front of the hotel with school hours starting at 06:30 am and ending at 01:30am with a cacophony of bands and noise as well as after school activities. Very noisy location due to the school. The beds and pillows were very hard to make for a comfortable sleep.

The hotel was in the heart of the city, room was clean, staff were helpful, they have Insta pay and Pos , so you have several ways to settle the payment. The laundry service was amazing. Next time I'd love to stay in king size bed.
The internet was working in some areas only, if they have phone in each room it would be amazing so people won't have to get down to the Reception to ask about something, The coffee tray was only provided with Tea and sugar, I think if they have more varieties would be better. Also the elevator wasn't working for old people if it could be fixed it'd be so useful, luggage assistance should be provided during the check-in and check-out. For me I had a light bag so there was no need.

This hotel is very suitable for a business trip. After a long day, I was happy to get back to a clean room with all the amenities I needed. Hotel staff were also very friendly. Overall, it was a good value for the money.

The reception guys are so co-operative , good location for me and clean room .
- the bed mattress was so bad .
- They gave me unclean towel ( and it was in good package but not clean ) but i told them and they gave me a new one .
