Please treat this as formal complaint against Booking.com, who mislead me to choose the hotel, as you see from the attached photos everything is not as shown in the booking.com website - dirty rooms - bad staff - no Facilities - no room and cleaning services - missing documents - first day we have no TV, and when we ask for it they provide (black and white) TV - no comfortability (always loud DJ's all the day) - swimming pool very dirty and no children facilities - ........etc. really, it was my worst time that i had since i used Booking.com i will never use Booking.com again, really you mislead me, and this wasn't expected from website like Booking.com IT IS SHAME
