The staff were so helpful as usual ..it was my second visit to this establishment ..and it was even better than the last time ! They added wifi service ..and you have a gym in the ground floor ( for little extra fees ) .Mr.Basem at the reception was so friendly and helpful .the rooms are very clean as usual .. of course the view is out of this world !
The wifi service needs to be adjusted a little bit ..the strength of the signal wasnt steady

Ac in one room was not working which caused us to lose 2/3 hours waiting for maintenance team to fix it which was not fixed at the end
