On the second day of my stay, the elevator was out of order, so I had to walk up eight floors of stairs.
"I was informed by reception that parking was free. However, when I parked my car, the parking attendant charged me 300 pounds for three days. Upon checking out, I brought this to their attention, explaining that I had been told parking was included. The attendant claimed that free parking was only available to guests with special cards provided by the hotel or booking platforms.
Due to this dishonesty, I cannot recommend staying at this hotel."

The view was amazing and the location was close to everything.
The elevators weren’t working fast enough and at times only one elevator was working.
