The Apartment & rooms were in very poor condition: the doors had major issues and the locks didn’t work properly. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and in poor shape. The windows let in a lot of noise from the street, and the wind was loud. Cleanliness was almost nonexistent, which affected our comfort. The upholstery was dirty and needed replacement. The hotel management was contacted as soon as we arrived, but there were no towels, tissues, or soap in the room. When we requested them, it took many hours to get them, and they claimed the dryer was broken as an excuse.
And i have contacted booking to refund me and find solution for a loyal customer like me.

Nothing the staff is such turn off and poor quality of how to deal with customers

All photos related to the apartments do not match the reality, all carpets were not cleaned, furniture was very old, most of the wash room accessories were not properly fixed.
