Receptionist told me that I'm not welcome because I'm Russian. Declined to return me deposit at a time I could accept it. Asked me for extra payment. Problem was solved only after call with a manger.

Cozy warm room, nice location, comfortable bed.
I’ve booked exact the single room in advance, but when I came to location, another person was put in the room. It’s OK cause the the manager put me in a room for 3 people where I stayed alone.

i got a four person room but i got.to use it alone for myself
noise at night, both from outside the window and alsp the next door rooms doors open and closing
unkind reception. youhave to give them a whatsapp call from the number on the door before you can get in.
also you lockyourroom from inside with the key.what if theres a fire and you cant find the key or worse the key burns? how do you get out?

Super location and super cheap for the location. The room was clean and beds were comfortable, also showers and toilets were clean. Staff was really friendly and helpful. I will surely come back here for my next stay!

Clean modern hotel
Some local workers lives in rooms per month and sleep and snores loudly 24/7. There is no cosy area apart from the room sofa and table.

It's a descent hostel/dorm stay. You shouldn't expect too much for a budge stay. The location is in old town, close to amenities. The bathroom was clean. I was lucky to have the 4-bed female dorm by myself. The reception lady was kind.
It's in the old town and a bar outside. It's pretty noisy. (you can buy earplug at the reception)
They will charge a fee for luggage storage after 2pm. (i feel a bit insecure of the place that they store luggage tbh)

The lady was very cheerful and kind.. The room and the washrooms were well cleaned. It was not noisy in the night.
I couldn't check-in before 2:00pm. That included a fee.

there are other hostels in the town, pay 5 more euros for a better life.
Situated exactly above a night bar. Music all-night long. Expensive luggage storage after check-out. No elevator.
Worst thing - the service. The staff, probably the owner, had a bad temper, lecturing his customersss while en-route to my room. Room was chaotic and beds were not made before I get in the room. His reasoned that if he made the room beforehand somebody will take my bed so he won’t make/tidy the room (turn out only me and a guy for that night) until somebody checked-in. Well reasoning… Overall, no courtesy or politeness was displayed. Annoying.

Nice place in the hisorical heart of Tallinn. Don't worry about first look at "soviet era" stairs: open the door and you'll find a renewd, quite big coloured hostel. Many rooms, mine was big just for 6 beds, clean. Thank you to the guy of reception.

It's located in the centre
The noise from the club underneath was just unbearable. Due to the loud music and heavy bass I had headache and they did not stop until 4 in the morning. Earplugs didnť help

Disappointing
It's a good location and a good price.
Through no fault of my own, the ferry from Helisinki arrived late, so the staff wanted to punish me by charging me extra for arriving late. So needless to stay I did not stay there. There are better options in town when you'll be made to feel more welcome than like your presence is such a huge burden to them.
