This hotel is pretty big with a nice spa.
Situated close to the old town. Very comfortable bed and good breakfast.
The water in one of the pools was pretty cold and Hammam was completely cold. This is not good because Hammam was a main attraction why I booked this hotel.

Room was nice, bed comfortable and spa pretty great
Breakfast was very varied and even with a full restaurant there was more than plenty food
Spa is a little run down in places due to the steam and chlorine. One of the pools was constantly colder than it should have been but there was still room in the warmer one at all times. Room was clean but could have used more frequent cleaning and a shoe tray because it got very muddy coming with the shoes inside.

In a room coffe machine not working.
Staff tried to repair but after 30 min and 2 machines nobody could make it work. Just wanted to have morning coffee in the room, was not possible.
Pool so cold this time. Before it had been nice and warm but this time so cold and the pool spa area also not warm

Surprisingly good spa. It’s not clear on pictures or descriptions but there are 3pools(one large with bar) one small for kids and one halfin/halfout kind one. Everywhere you find bubbles,jets etc. water is good for kids. Spa has several saunas,steam rooms etc. for kids there are also 2 small corners.
Boat to Helsinki departs across the street, market,old town,trams,museusm.. all is also close by.
Taxi from the airport costs around 6€(u..r)
Had a family room facing the harbor(411),very nice and spacious.
Surprisingly good experience accommodation and location wise
The breakfast options were limited but that i find common in northern countries. We and kids never left hungry:-)

We really enjoyed our stay and the spa was definately the best part. We also liked the breakfast very much.

The location was really meh, we paid 140€ to get a parking lot view on the 2nd floor and it was scary to get changed in the room as 2 young women

- Ok for the price. While worn, the standard is good.
- Nice breakfast buffet, gets rather crowded.
- Access to wellness area (both the saunas and the pool could be some degrees hotter/warmer - but that may be a preference)
- Close to city center and ferry terminal.
- Needs better upkeep. Room was quite clean (with minor flaws - hairs, lipstick on sink etc.) but some equipment was worn and in rough shape - shower screen, etc.
- Also, beaten and scratched doors, hallway walls etc.
- No ventilation in room over pool atrium, only a/c.

I love the property! It’s super comfortable, it’s super well located! You can get to the Town Hall in no time. The marina/port is even closer! Nights are truly peaceful, so you can sleep! Breakfast is always good! Pool is great!
The bathroom had a minor mishap but I’m sure the staff will take the comment into account :)

The room was spacious and clean. We booked one of the bigger rooms. We had all day Spa access, and it was very nice to cool off at the pool and use the saunas. Enjoyed dinner at the hotel restaurant and breakfast as a treat.
A/C didn't work at our room, and unfortunately, reception couldn't help us to unlock it. They did bring fans to our room, and luckily, windows opened, but it definitely wasn't most comfortable night sleep.

Wonderful
SPA with variety of saunas, pools and jacuzzi pools were excellent.
Decent breakfast with choice of vegetables, fish and meat.
Beds were to soft. And could not open any window to get fresh air.
