Very Good
Clean room and descent size room. Not many signs of wear ant tear, all equipment functioned as expected. No outside noise (but my room was on the 8th floor...). Fairly central location, for those interested in exploring city on foot.
Descent WiFi signal and speed.
They had a pouf instead of a comfortable chair, so working at the desk wan't the most comfortable experience.
There was a shaving mirror in the bathroom, but not appropriate lighting to use it properly.

The staff at the desk were exceptionally helpful. As a first timr traveler to Estonia they alleviated many of my concerns by helping me.

Disappointing
we had a 2 star experience in this 4 star hotel. the carpets on the 5th floor were really dirty and the staff when alerted didn't even promise to look into it. Almost every single receptionist was cold and apathetic. the room had a carafe that was covered with a few drops of water (propbably a mold environment). bottled water not provided and no coffee maker.
the breakfast is a hot mess. we don't eat pork so we needed to weave in and out to find something. eggs are not made to order. reception very rude and apathetic.

I was pleasantly surprised by my stay here. The hotel itself is beautiful, and despite being in a great location, the room was incredibly quiet and peaceful. The lobby is welcoming and the whole experience was much more than I expected. I would definitely book again.

The hotel was nice and in downtown , close to old town. It’s right across the street to the mall. Breakfast was from 7-12 which was a really generous time slot
The glasses were a bit dirty and the toilet not really clean. However, everything else in the room and hotel was good.

Very clean room and really comfortable bed! The massage was fantastic and professionally done by Monica.
No night light in the bathroom. No pool or jacuzzi in the relax section just saunas. Restaurant food was not great value as portions were too small for us and not so tasty.

The lobby was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was decent. The room was quite large, and the location was very central.
The pillow was too large, so I couldn’t get a good night’s sleep and had to sleep without one. I stayed for three days, but the room was not cleaned and the towels were never changed.

The room is 17 square mutters, rather on the small size specifically for 2 people. No place for larger bags

The room was nice, liked having a small sitting areas. The view was great!
Room service was completely unreliable - would just shut off during hours it was supposed to be available. The business call booths were for an extra fee.

The location is great, walking distance to most tourist attractions. Lots of places to eat and drink nearby.
The room was clean. I booked the double room which was spacious.
Air con worked great.
The bed was comfortable but the pillows were too big and hard.

Room was nice, nice view from the 9th floor.
Breakfast was really good.
Location excellent near the old city and shopping malls.
The only thing was the a/c in the room. Sometimes it felt like it was too cold and sometimes too hot.

Pleasant
Location was convenient.
Our double room was very small and really does not accommodate 2 adults. No washcloths. Only one large towel. While some may have liked the breakfast, I found the food to be over-processed with the exception of bread, cheese, and vegetables
