Nice view
Not the best experience. I booked a room for 180 eur Grand room with breakfest and spa. When I arrived aparently I was offered lower quality and smaller room and still I had to pay extra for something 210 eur . The room had used signs a lot. Minibar doors where do worn they stand not straight. Shower head is so old that water is not coming out of all holes in showerhead. Room termostat was broken, you can adjust + or - it doest work its not conected to system couse its detached from the device. So we arrived from dinner and room was so cold and you could adjust the temperature only opening up the sensor and adjusting small knob inside. And now I got cold from that freezing room. Spa area was not very warm it must be warmer. I spilled some drink on bedsheet and called to reception for fresh bedsheet , somebody answered and said yes they will bring but nothing hapened. And in breakfest reception man was very rude , after saying hello and room number he kept asking thre times how are you how are you , weird experience. Later he kept running after one man who was making breakfest asking for room number. Very strange experience and deposit for room is still not back on my card after 3 days. Good view but feeling was like in old hotel that was once a 5 star hotel. And old tv with no netflix option.

It wasn't the fist time I visited this hotel and for sure not the last one.Everything was very close, the distances were very limited. The bed was big and comfy and the pillows were very comfortable. Both the lounge bar and the sky bar were very good with good prices.
Some small fixes were needed in order to keep the good quality of this hotel. For a room that I chose I was expected a higher floor that the one I was staying in.

Thick robes and warm pool and lovely scent in steam room.
I didn’t find the room decor inviting. In bed we looked at a wall with no art that seemed like an office aesthetic - with a strange refrigerator-like cabinet.

Swimming pool that was advertised costs extra, staff was not very helpful. Beds were very hard and pillows too soft.

Loved the rooms and bathrooms, amazing view and very comfortable bed. Pavel at the reception was really nice and offere good service.
Another reception staff name starting with K - he was borderline rude when doing the check in.

The room was of a pleasant size with a nice layout. The bed was great and the linen was comfortable. The special Swiss stone pillow delivered on its promise of helping with a restful sleep.
The breakfast service could possibly be improved. More selection of bread and fruits would make the good experience even better.

The room was a very nice size. The hotel is close to Old Towne and other attractions. The one downside is the translucent walls that allow shadow viewing into the bathroom. The soaking tub: Excellent!

The staff were very kind and they also helped me when I was double charged. They checked everything and immediately agreed that I had been double charged. The spa was really nice and the stay was super comfortable. We also had to call for extra pillows because I am 7months pregnant and there were an assortment of pillows to choose from!
I think I would not have been double charged initially if the trainee had been monitored by a more senior staff member. However the trainee was very professional but since it was booked with booking.com it is already prepaid which I don’t think the trainee was aware of.

everything was much more above expected , for that price , very nice hotel , we was only for one day , so didnt have time to visit spa and such , but room was really exclusive , best 5 stars experience, same about breakfast and all the rest , even bar .

Everything at this hotel was excellent! The rooms and bathroom were very spacious; The floor-to-ceiling windows allowed spectacular views of Tallinn; and food and beverages at the No 3 lounge and The Horisont Bar were excellent (Shout out to Jaagub the bartender at The Horisont Bar- He was so knowledgeable and attentive!) I would definitely stay at this hotel again if I visit Tallinn.

Modern business hotel in a high rise building. New. Nice staff. Easy checkin. Lovely room like a modern business hotel. View of the harbor. Modern plumbing. Plenty of electrical outlets. Strong WiFi signal. Good cell signal too. Location worked well for us. 15 minute walk from Viking ferry with bags. No steps encountered. Old town was a 15 minute walk so we were insulted from those large crowds. I would not stay in the Old Town for crowds and cobbled streets. Our bus station to Riga was 15 minutes walk. Rimi convenience store across the street. Nice Thai restaurant New Thai 3 blocks away. Breakfast buffet was delicious abundant quantities and wide variety across all breakfast favorites. Custom omelettes made to order. Pleasant staff too. 30th floor bar/restaurant was elegant and had nice views.
A flat sheet option to the comforter would have been nice as I tend to sleep hot under European feather beds.
