What an amazing hotel!! The staff was amazing, room was perfect and their drinks by the fireplace were perfect. Couldnt have asked for a better place to stay in Tallinn!!

We stayed here on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. Our favorite part was sitting by the wood burning fireplace next to the Christmas tree. Great location and historic rooms.

had a very noisy room. right next to the staffs utility room. could hear them talk and bang stuff all the time.
spa super small, basically only supports 2 people at a time. so had to make a booking.

Our stay was incredible experience from start to finish. The staff were very welcoming upon our arrival and we were able to relax in the lobby / lounge until our room was ready. The breakfast was absolutely delicious every morning and our room was very comfortable.
There was nothing we didn't like, it was one of the best hotel experiences we have ever had.

Excellent location just 2 mins walk from the main square in the old town. Also just far out enough that Ubers/taxis can arrive very close to the location. The styling of the rooms is a bit old, but the bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was quite nice.
Unfortunately, we had multiple bad experiences with the staff here. We arrived in the morning and messaged the hotel that we wanted to drop off clothes for laundry, but we then found out upon arrival that they sent the laundry for the day because "no one had asked". We then asked about early check-in availability, but we were quoted a higher rate than another couple that walked in after us. Finally, upon check-out, our room was charged for a coffee drink that we did not order. The staff member was unwilling to remove the charge and forced us to pay before we checked out. We will not be staying at this hotel again.

The room was too small. It was also very noisy from the people in room above, to the extent you can hear everything!! Including them in the bathroom!
Extra charge of 8euros for eggs Benedict despite the breakfast being included in price. No reason for this , very disappointing.
Restaurant menu was limited in choice so didn't use it

Most everything! Outstanding check in and check out staff. Gormet restaurant in basement (not just for the hotel). Gratis Breakfast held in restaurant. Couple of blocks from main town square but far enough to be quiet. Great room and super comfortable bed. Happy with luxury aspect of this hotel.
Only thing not impressive was that the early morning desk staff wasn't great at his job like the check-in and check-out staff were. Nothing in particular. Just didn't get the same vibe from him.

AMAZING Location and the front of the hotel is the cutest house(s) on the street. The staff were nice. Lovely breakfast in the basement. Beautiful living room at reception and they had a fire when the day was cold.
The rooms vary. Ours was a 'junior suite and VERY expensive, but still felt cramped and wasn't nearly as pretty as the online photos. The A/C was really poor, the full day we were there, the housekeeper didn't come by to clean the room until after we'd gotten back from our day out (4:30pm). They never did bring us the requested decaf coffee. There is no lift for your suitcases, so you will lug those up and down the stairs.

All staffs were very friendly and very helpful. Especially Patrick helped us with lugguage at check in and check out, he went out to a restaurant in person to check availability for us ( the restaurant didn’t answer calls). Very impressed his service.
No elevator and there are a lot of staircases.

This is a beautiful hotel. The room are clean and comfortable. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. The food at the restaurant was amazing and very flavorful.
Having the room on the first floor you can hear people walking above you which is expected with older hotels .

Everything was perfect. Building is wonderful inside and outside garden is gorgeous. Restaurant is one of the best we had and most important.. the staff and service was impeccable and impressive.

Location was perfect. Right in the old town. The lobby was excellent with a nice warm fire going all day (it was cold outside). The breakfast was full of a nice variety of things and was very clean. The wait staff was amazing! The room was ok but nothing great (it certainly wasn't bad though, no way). It was very clean, the pillows were big and fluffy and the housekeeping was excellent.
Nothing could have been better. My stay was perfect!
