We called about an hour ahead. The host met us promptly at the apartment to give us keys and show the rooms. Payment was with cash. Bed was comfortable, linens and towels clean. It was a single room with a bed, a microwave and a mini fridge within the same room. There was also a hair dryer in the room. A couple of eating utensils (fork, spoon, plate, mug) were in the cupboards but not much more.
The rooms were freezing and unfortunately there wasn't any way to make it warmer - no heater nor were the radiators adjustable. The cleanliness of the rooms left to be desired, for there was dust and rubbish from previous guests between cupboards and in corners of the room. There was a bit of a mold situation in the bathroom and window areas as well.

The apartment was spacious and bright. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was nice.
The guests were left to the care of a man who spoke only Russian. I speak some Russian, but he spoke fast and was not accustomed to speaking slowly and clearly. If you said anything in English, immediately his only reply was in Russian « I don’t understand « . The host who spoke excellent English was NEVER there. Bus schedule coming back to property from center of the city was extremely complicated. I took the wrong bus twice. A rude, arrogant Russian bus driver was no help at all. He just parked the bus at the end of the line and told me to get out. He just left me stranded.

We could not sleep there because of the heavy smell of tobacco .
We did not remain there for the night.
Otherwise it was normal- a big double bed, bathroom.

The apartment was warm, and the location is ideal for those attending concerts or exhibitions at the 'Unibet Arena.' Additionally, the parking was conveniently located right beneath the apartment windows.
You need to call and wait for the worker to receive the apartment key. The cleanliness of the apartment was unsatisfactory; the bathroom was very dirty with mold, and under the sink, there was a moldy paper towel. The kitchen was also dirty and dusty.
