Location, good breakfast, good coffee, good view from windows on top floor.
In one room there were no curton in shower,
Tv is in bad place,not in front of the bed, in winter A/C is not working, too bright light in bathroom.

We had a pleasant stay in a very good location, conveniently close to the Old City. The staff at the reception and concierge were exceptionally friendly and attentive, and they were able to accommodate all of our requests.
Our expectations were influenced by a memorable stay at this hotel more than 35 years ago, when the facilities felt exceptionally advanced for their time. Even the bathroom amenities then, including electronic temperature controls, were more sophisticated than what is currently offered. During our recent stay, the bathrooms felt dated and did not meet modern expectations.
In addition, sound insulation between rooms was insufficient, as noise from the neighboring room was clearly audible, even after midnight, giving the impression of very minimal separation. The spa facilities and available activities are also quite limited and the food selection in the hotel restaurants is rather restricted. Overall, the experience did not reflect the standards we associate with the Radisson brand and did not leave a strong impression on this return visit.

I'm VIP in the chain of Radisson, it took time to realize my membership and then I received my status. My original room although superior, was small. I asked and the hotel was kind to offer me a premium room. The stay was delightful, good breakfast and spa.

Location and breakfast.
Room was dirty. There was hair on the blanket and bathroom was not clean. They changed room for us. Ok, other room was a little bit cleaner than previous but still… coffee machine is far from electricity , so I should take coffee machine , find where I can connect it and after this make coffee. There was just one spoon , and dirty, but we were two persons. And what’s more… glass was broken…. Even near room carpet was dirty too. Feeling how nobody cleaned this area many days… was feeling to change hotel but we were so tired… we will not come back to this hotel…

Great location and nice view, our room was on the 15th floor. Delicious breakfast.
BUT overall stay was a bit disappointing, not per Radisson expectations.
Breakfast area was clearly mismanaged, one zone was closed for some reason, the rest was overcrowded. Tables were poorly cleaned even after several (!!!) reminders to the staff. It was hard to find a free and cleaned table to enjoy the delicious food both mornings of our stay.
The bathroom was tiny, with no possibility to lock the door and half of the wall made of glass, which feels insecure. Faucet was leaking a bit.

Location is good.
Staff - at first they did not properly check us in and than when we prolong our stay and paid by cash the staff lost somehow one day payment, so when we checked out they charge it. Very horrible service. Before this hotel was really good, not first time stayed there, but for sure it was last one.

Room was on upper floors with a nice view. Breakfast was good.
The room was very dusty. The bedside tables, even the phone with a layer of dust. The floor had been washed without vacuuming, when walking barefoot it immediately became covered in dirt. Only the bed linen and bathroom partly were clean.
The staff couldn't offer us another room because the hotel was full, they promised to clean it the next morning, but the room service only made the bed and took out the trash, the floor and other dust was never cleaned. This is the first time when hotel room has been so dirty. Radisson is a net you can always relay on. Even if the hotel is old, you always get a good service and clean facility's. I was more than disappointed. And carpets in corridors were disgusting.
