The location is a bonus as it's unique to have a direct view of the sea.
The reception process was quite a hassle. The messages regarding check-in process were a mess - unclear instructions + they did not reply back neither via Booking.com platform not via text messages. The clerk at the reception did not speak Estonian and for me this is not a good sign.
Worst possible pillows so bring your own like I did.

Location on the beach
Rundown room. Not very clean. Terrace nice towards the sea, but all neighbors and pool users are actually on your terrace. So no own peace.

The beds were very comfortable. Perhaps the air from the sea and surrounding pine forest added to the fact that we slept exceptionally well.
The hotel is directly on the beach, so if you're lucky enough to catch beach weather, it can be wonderful.
The hotel is a bit worn, and it doesn't show in the photographs.
No information on the extra pool use fees on the webpage, did not get a response on the emailed question either.
It looks like there is/was a hot tub on the pictures, but there was none.
The deck area is covered with green carpet that is not reflected in pictures and that does not look good,
Some of the towels were extremely old.

Room 19 had a very uncomfortable and deformed bed; the mattress was dirty and stained. The floor in the room was also unclean, and there were silverfish insects.
There was a recurring smell of cigarette smoke in the corridor.
The shower fixtures were loose, and the faucet's aerator needs replacing to prevent water from splashing.
The rooms have no ventilation, so it feels stuffy unless you keep the window open.

Beautiful setting just next to the sea.
- Not modern, as already stated in many other reviews
- Bad signage to the entrance upon arrival
- Heating is centrally dealt with, and unfortunately it is far too hot. Almost all apartments open their window or their door, while the heating is too high. A practice of the Soviet Union in the 20th, but not of a modern EU country in the 21st century.

Amazing views and location just next to the beach. If you like nature and want to reload yourself, it is perfect.
Nice restaurant and cafe in the same building.
Opportunity to use own kitchen is a big plus.
Comfortable beds.
Room floor was so dirty, there was dirt and hair from previous customers.
After taking few steps on the floor my white socks where not white any more..

Upon arrival, I found the room in an unacceptable condition:
• It was unclean, not ventilated, and filled with a strong, unpleasant smell of alcohol, cigarettes, and something else hard to identify.
• After a long and exhausting flight, I was expecting a place to rest, but the conditions made it impossible.
• I had no option to change the room since I arrived at night and no staff was available on site.

Absolutely bare minimum of facilities. No shampoo and other not important but kind of necessary things. Also room was not that clean.
