Staff seems don't like to talk, not even inform about the wifi, the good thing i have my own data usage from my Finland sim card, coz i don't want to go back to her again and ask. No bidet in the toilet just a shower.

Nothing special.
Food at restaurant was good but had to chase staff at first.
There was no drinking water in the room. Could not find where to get some.
Body lotion was out and was not refilled after 2 inquiries.
Noise outside was from party far too late in the first evening.

SPA area ir really great.
Restorant's employees were very supportive when needed. Hotel grants permanent stay without needed to leave it.
If room was too cold it was possible to turn on heating.

When we visited restaurant 1 russian speaking visitor used lot of shit words and addressed them to others sitting in restaurant very loudly. Unfortunately security personnel arrived much later that I expected - about 10 mins. I couple left because of him. Fortunately there was no fights, but probability was high. Restaurants personnel did their best but security was too late. The same situation was on the previous day as well.
There were only 2 small pillows in the room.
No Robe and no slippers were in the room for SPA. Just 1 roll of toilet paper.
Breakfast - real nightmare. We stayed 3 nights and each morning was the same. Not sufficient number of coffee machines - we had to wait for 5 people up to 12 people (some took 2 cups) to get coffee - this is about 12 - minutes just for coffee (quality of coffee was much worse than in narvessen). Similar about tea. Juice storage most of time was empty than filled - both apple and orange. Just 1 location for food on the last day - we had to wait in queue about 10 minutes before we could get the food. Queue was badly organized - lot visitors were trying to jump in the queue. This is organizational issue of Hotel.

Mostly quiet room - a family in nearby room was pretty loud though. Breakfast was pretty good though lacked fruits.
Only two pillows that weren't very good ones, would have wanted more. I hadn't spotted any notice about the renovations for bathrooms in the spa area.

- The Spa and the saunas were very nice.
- The hotel is quite close to city center and the Railway Station
- There are nice facilities inside the hotel, where families can spend time, such as the cafe, the bar and the restaurant
- New Year's Eve party was pleasant.
- The hotel staff, although try their best to assist the guests, give the impression that they are inexperienced or mismanaged. I reserved certaim services in advance, which I also paid in advance at the reception, but were not provided.
- Breakfast was an unpleasant experience, because it was VERY crowded. You could barely find a place where to seat, between 9 - 10:30.
- No bathrobe or slippers at the spa for children. After 17, no towels either.
- Wifi signal very weak, and kept disconnecting.

Disappointing
The breakfast was the best part,meeting everyone’s needs and wishes.
There was water pipe noise in the first room given,the next day the room was changed due to our request, but a very small and cold room was given. They solved the problem with two radiators,but I think when there was a problem with the first room, a better room had to be allocated.

The location of the hotel is very good, it's just a 20min bus ride from the airport and it's walking distance to most of the city attractions. The staff was also very nice & cordial.
The pool area gets really full & I couldn't swim in the pool because of the crowd. sometimes all the sauna rooms are completely full but can still be enjoyed. The room which I had was fine but didn't have much amenities. It was still dark even with all the lights on, as there were no lights on the ceiling & wall lamps were inadequate. There were no toiletries provided.

- revolving door by the entrance really needs fixing as very inconsistent and stops loads, got stuck a few times
- some of the staff don’t really seem to be as attentive as they could be and look as though they aren’t very interested in helping
- no water machines throughout the hotel except for in the gym, which is very inconvenient.
- price of the cafe is very expensive
- only one pillow per person in the room

I stayed there for three nights and didn't receive any room service. One day, there were no towels in the SPA, so I had to bring mine from the room. However, there was no heated surface to dry them after the SPA. One of the rooms near the SPA is closed and full of dust, which you can see through the window. The ventilation system is noisy. I booked a superior room, but there was no fridge (and no mini-bar), so I had to upgrade the room for 20 EUR a day just to get a fridge.

The staff is not friendly. The gym dumbbells are old and broken. Replace the dumbbells. Breakfast doesn’t have gluten free, omelettes and the shower pressure is not good.

Location ok next to old town, as we were interested in walking.
The beds were way too soft, but the even worse was the lack of soundproofing walls. Conversations from the neighbouring room, and slamming doors were audible as in your own room. The breakfast as I have experienced in Scandinavian Radissons are way above this, I.e. limited selection of bread and vegetables, the juice offered was more like "love of chemistry",

Location was good! Close to toompea castle. Spa was very nice and spacious! Restaurant on location was nice and had nice desserts. In the hotel there is also a patisserie and bar! Nice rooms.
Amenities were good! Comfortable too.

Some of the staff members were, a bit unfriendly but not rude.
Otherwise no complaints.
Bar area was kinda...uninteresting, decoration and lighting wise. But thats just a taste preference.

Exceptional
The amazing customer service the pools were amazing but the biggest one was a little too cold for my preference i still loved it all the aurusauna was my favorite i love the soolasauna too i went to all the different saunas also i can highly recommend everything the breakfast was tasty and the best customer service I've had ever everything was perfect i was terrified traveling on my own but i could do this everyday in this hotel the staff was so attentive i am grateful they always checked on me cleaned up the plates when i was done when i went swimming i always got a fresh towel the stay was wonderful i went to two museums the architect museum and the fotografiska museum i can recommend them both i am very thankful for my family for sponsoring this wonderful trip my favorite from the hotel is te piparmündi kakao so good i had 3 cups thank you for everyone who is reading this you are awesome and thank you from the bottom of my heart for the wonderful hotel staff and for the amazing friends we've made along the way happy holidays everyone and merry Christmas and a happy new year to everyone
Only staying here one day it sucked i didn't have enough time the hotel is amazing it has so many amazing places to explore i would've wanted to go to the clothing store inside the hotel but it was sadly closed
