Hotel's location is excellent—situated centrally and just about a 10 min. walk to the Old Town. A public paid parking area located around the corner. The room was comfortable and clean, with a simple yet modern design. Liked the LED lighting around the headboard, which lets you change colors and create a nice atmosphere. Room included darkening curtains, a TV, Wi‑Fi, air conditioner, a small fridge. Room faced the back side of the hotel, not the street, which made it quieter. The shower room was good, with a nice shower and provided shampoo and shower gel, hair dryer.
Breakfast was very good, offering a full variety of different meals - plenty of options to choose from and something for every taste.
Overall, a good hotel option if you’re looking for comfort, convenience, and easy access to the city center.
We had to wait about half an hour to check in due to a queue at reception. At check‑in, we were initially told a higher price than the one confirmed in our reservation, but after showing our booking, we were given the correct rate. The room could also use a bit of refreshing in some spots, as the wall paint had scratches here and there. This wasn’t very disturbing, but the toilet paper holder was loose and looked like it might fall off soon—definitely something that should be fixed. There was no information in the room on how to access the Wi‑Fi, had to ask at the reception.
The breakfast layout could also be more thoughtfully arranged. At first there seemed to be a long queue, but it turned out everyone was waiting for coffee and tea. Additionally, the orange juice didn’t taste like real orange juice, even though it came from a packaged product.

I canceled my booking and didnt get my money back. Booking and Park Inn canceling system is a scam!
In todays apps you should be abel to do everything with out making any extra paperwork. Big disapointment.

The ”upgraded room” was absolutely so outdated and ugly, cannot get much more unpleasant in terms of style. What a duscarwge black friday offer in upgrade when the is way worse than the normal one.

Location is great, good was food, personal friendly, hotel is in a good shape.
I'm in a wheelchair and personal didn't even say that they have a room with wheelchair facilities. Even more, they gave me a room where I couldn't get into a bathroom at all because of too narrow door.

Tiny bit run down. Staff a little "sleepy". Tv didn't work first night, second night remote was bad. Needs a little something to lift the experience for this class of a hotel. Worst Radison I have been to in a long time.

Good location and easy to walk place to place. Breakfast was good too.
I don’t like that only one pillow for one person. My neck get pain from that at least should have 2 pillows per person and trash and dust is under extra bed where my son slept. No drinking water in fridge i think should have because pipe water smell choline so much can’t drink.
