Unbeatable Location , cleanness, staff, attached directly to the shopping mall, you can excess from inside the hotel.

The location is good, the breakfast is ok. The elevator is pretty fast.
The ventilation in the bathroom brought a bad smell, which spread throughout the entire room. Also, the heating worked well, and the room was very warm, but the heating created lots of noise throughout the night. The room had no kettle or any tea/coffee, and we had to ask for one. Also, the toothbrush & toothpaste are only available for an extra charge of 1 euro.

Big hotel with plenty of space in reception area
The breakfast surcharge is 18 euro per person, I know it's a fabulous breakfast,but as I only drink 1 coffee and a croissant, there should be an option to pay only for that.

The location was excellent for our needs--close to the old town and the center as well. The hotel is next to a large mall with a lovely grocery market. We had a "superior" room which was a good size and quiet. We were on a low floor so we had a view of parking, but probably it would be nicer from higher up. There was a separate lounge area at the entrance to our wing of rooms which came in handy when my partner had to be on the phone. The beds were very comfortable (although quite high off the ground). We both got some good quality sleep.
The breakfast was decent, but not exceptional. And, the coffee could have been better.
We were able to check in immediately even though we arrived a bit early. We got an unexpected room cleaning without a request. So overall, service was very good.
In the room, the carpet, woodwork and bathroom all showed quite a bit of wear and tear. The room, especially the bathroom, needs some refurbishing. Everything was clean, but it looked somewhat shabby. While very comfortable to sleep on, the matress toppers were hard to keep on the beds.

The location is excellent and the breakfast is fantastic.
The room is very small, and the bathroom wasn’t that clean (mostly the ceiling, as odd as that might sound. It has a low ceiling so it’s hard to miss).

Breakfast was pretty good nowadays. If it had also cold salmon slices I would rate it excellent.
The breakfast room an the reception hall are impressively spacious.
Lights control in the room is stupid: to have electricity available at the toilet at night I have to switch on any of two master switches near the adult's bed turning all the lights on (pre-switched before sleep with their dedicated switches) in the room along with this.
Smell at all the 9th floor is unpleasant (not that disgusting, but makes uncomfortable feeling every time entering the floor). The location of toilet paper, bidet and bidet control in the bathroom is suitable only for very tall people (as I am) only. I can hardly imagine if this could force to walk to them for the shorter people.
While the hotel location and height would be perfect for sightseeing, the lift doesn't allow to go the higher floor than the keycard allows.
