- breakfast environment: fine music, neat and silent staff
- breakfast includes: foods that reminds you of Estonia, fresh baguette
- spots on the carpet floor in the room from weeks or maybe months ago

- the water temperature changes frequently while you are taking a shower and adjusted the knob properly

The location was great. The breakfast was good and had a good variety. The bathroom is spacious. No noise issues but we were there in December with no need to open the windows.
The rooms are clean but dated. Stains on the carpets from what seems like years of use, not necessarily uncleanliness.

Location, size of the room and small things in it, like hooks for coats on the wall. 10/10
We had the corner room and were woken up every night by the outside noise. The windows were terrible and leaked all outside noise and the cold. Luckily, the radiators were very efficient and balanced the inside temperature. The bed was pretty bad too.

Great location in old town. Winter trip, so really loved going to the Christmas market easy short walk. Beautiful hotel with comfortable accommodations and a helpful, friendly staff. Restaurants and shops close by. Would stay here again.

The sauna and proximity to Old Town were great.
Street noise from club across the street was awful. Very loud, drunk people until 4am made it impossible to sleep. Carpet was dated and worn. Room was small and dingy.

The problem to stabilized water temperature ,when you take a shower. It start to hot or too cold during you take a shower and you tried immediately manipulate with the Shower Faucet to keep the comfort temperature.

Good hotel in a central location
The spacious rooms are very old and must be cleaned well or taken down because it reduces the value of the hotel.
Before you invite guests to the hotel, please let them know that in addition to paying the hotel, you require a deposit of money or a credit card because they have lunches. Therefore, the guest wants to be taken on the spot during the meal, but if the customer is not interested in lunches at the hotel, then please do not charge any money.

Superb location on the edge of the old Town.Staff are very friendly and helpful. Wonderful room. Good size cleaned everyday. Breakfast is very very good - wide range of things to have and continually refreshed by the hard working staff on breakfast duty. Only 20 mins from bus station - use Estonia bus stop . Airport is 25 mins by bus after short walk to Estonia. This is a wonderful hotel and at a great price. Can't recommend it highly enough.
Tip- 2 outstanding restaurants ( Vegan Restaurant V and Rataskave 16 are amazing but you do need to book) less than 5 mm ins walk

Good bed in the superior room. Friendly bartender in the restaurant. Used the patio seating quite a bit as the weather was so pleasant. Great location blocks from excellent restaurants and many of the sights.
Could hear water draining from the aircon (which otherwise worked well). Fruit salad at breakfast seemed mostly tinned.

Good (if a bit noisy) A/C - it was unusually warm in Tallinn! Breakfast was enjoyable with good choices though the space where the food is served gets tight ay busy times. In room fridge was handy.
Back patio was a quiet, shady retreat in the later afternoons after touring a lot on foot. Note that beers and soft drinks can be purchased at reception or at the bar on the lower level. Prices are better at reception. There is a Maxima 5 mins away on foot for the best prices for refreshments!
Bed was extremely firm, and the aircon was noisy. Neither would keep me from staying there again, but good for people to be aware.

This is such a nice hotel for our 2 night stay in Tallinn! The exterior and interior were lovely and felt like a near luxury experience. The room had tall ceilings and a very comfortable bed. The AC worked well. The shower had a little temperature variation one morning but was solid the next. Breakfast had lots of great choices including bacon, eggs, bread to cut, homemade jams and yogurt. The location of the hotel is actually perfect. Taxis cannot come into the old town and this hotel is just at the edge of where they drop off and pick up. Everything in old town is just a block or two away, including the main square. Public transportation options are just around the corner too if you want to go elsewhere in Tallinn. Honestly, this hotel was just super efficient. I would recommend this as the #1 place to stay in Tallinn. We had to catch the ferry to Helsinki for 1030am. A Bolt ride was cheaper than 2 tickets on public transport.
They could definitely do with a 2nd coffee machine at breakfast as well as a little more room to maneuver around. But these things are definitely minor overall.
