Generally, the staff at the reception, in the spa, and in cleaning, is friendly and responsive. Esp. when quiet, e.g., in the mornings and weekdays, the spa is not only clean but also quiet, indeed, super.
When the spa fills up, it tends to get loud – in the saunas, in and around the jaccuzis, in the entire area. Also, I encountered some complications when checking in. One room was paid for, one not, when in fact I had only wanted to reserve one room. This all worked itself out, thanks in part to some friendly and patient service at the reception. But one receptionist was strikingly rude, telling me “I can’t hear you, just hand me your passport,” e.g. When I switched to her colleague working the desk, I mentioned that attitude is part of a shared or mutual service experience, she concurred, adding, “Yes, your attitude!" I didn’t know where she was ”coming from,“ but it is the first time I felt accosted by Metropol Spa Hotel personnel. Others at the reception here seem to me, in cases, to tend toward this kind of curtness and even rudeness, hardly faking the friendly veneer; but – fortunately – the unleashing of nasty this one time was for me an exception. Good so. A good many do a decent or even fine job there, making the spa getaway at this hotel worthwhile indeed.

Great location, walking distance to old Tallinn. The staff are very nice and friendly, the hotel is incredibly clean, as was our room.
We were excited to have access to the wellness facilities - sauna, pool, and jacuzzi. However, it was incredibly crowded and we only went once during our 3 night stay. The wellness facilities were not relaxing at all. There were too many people, who kept coming in and out of the saunas, which ruins the whole experience. It was also incredibly loud in the general pool/spa area, which wasn't the experience we were looking for. While I understand some people enjoy having a bar next to the pool and jacuzzis, we prefer a relaxing wellness experience that isn't loud or crowded, and this simply wasn't it. It was quite disappointing.

The location of the hotel is in this very cool and trendy neighbourhood just outside the old town, with shops and restaurants just outside the hotel. The old town is 10 minutes away on foot. The staff was friendly and professional, room was clean. The spa area is ok and included in the price for hotel guests. Breakfast also had options for every taste.
For a Spa Hotel i would expect towels for the spa area to be included and have slippers availble in the room. Currently guests need to pay 3 eur/ towel at the spa area and a few euros for slippers. Bringing the towel from the room is not an option if you want to shower after the spa and use a clean towel to dry up.

Attention to saving Nature, clean, modern, loved the heated tile floors in the bathroom, and loved the Spa. Easy to catch a tram, Bolt or walk to old town.

The spa area is fantastic, with really nice views of the Rotermann quarter from large windows. The rooms seem to have good soundproofing as I didn't hear anything from my neighbours. The hotel is in a very handy location, in easy reach of the old town on foot. If you're travelling without kids, this place is great as the spa is more geared towards adults.
The spa shuts a little early for my taste, at 9 PM. An hour longer would be brilliant so you could enjoy a sauna after dinner.

excellent location. Friendly staff who let us check in early. Big room with a nice, warm bathroom. Lovely spa with 4 jacuzzis and several saunas.
Temperature in the room. Tried to lower the temp but did not succeed.

Comfortable rooms, good breakfast, welcoming staff, wonderful city view from the upper floors. Spa was small but very nice (not crowded).
