The location is perfect and the price was good. The reception staff is nice too
The bathroom was very dirty; I booked a double room but got a room with three separate beds instead which is not good.

The room was spacious and clean. We really enjoyed the facility. The location is super, especially if you travel by ferry there.
I wish there would be amenities like shampoo and conditioner. When you go to a hotel, this is something you'd expect to be provided.

Very Poor
There are definitely some positives worth mentioning. The location is excellent — being so close to the old city makes it very convenient for sightseeing and getting around. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and pleasantly spacious, which made the stay feel relaxing at first.
Unfortunately, the bathroom had a very strong sewage smell. The only way to reduce it was by pouring water into the drain, otherwise it truly felt like sitting right over the sewer, which was quite unpleasant.
Another disappointment came when I wanted to take a warm shower during a cold period. I was told by maintenance that the hot water had “run out” because many guests were preparing for New Year, which was frustrating and unexpected.
Lastly, while the hotel advertises a sauna and pool, they are actually located separately and require an additional fee, which is something guests should be aware of in advance.

Great location, lots of things to do nearby! The hotel provided a lot of value for its price and the rooms were quite spacious.
The bed was really uncomfortable. It was quite hard and there was a noticeable and annoying gap between the mattresses.
There was also no AC or thermostat in the room to control the ventilation or temperature.
Also, the soap dispenser in the shower was broken, it worked for a single push after every room service to only become unusable afterwards again.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location is very nice and convenient, making it easy to explore the area. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and well maintained, which added to a pleasant and relaxing stay.

It was a nice room with a bathroom.
There was a window but it was like an indoor window to the lobby but was so hot in there and no way to get some fresh cool air. There’s also no thermostat to change the temperature
