The room was clean and quiet. All amenities met the requirements.
There is no point having a TV which has only one TV channel (a Russian channel with limited choice of Soviet films from the 1960s-1970s).

Only good thing was that location was not very far from the old town.
This was, without a doubt, one of the most disappointing stays we’ve ever had. The room was clearly not properly cleaned — thick dust in the corners, under the bed, and most shockingly, a fridge that was absolutely disgusting. It was full of mold, smelled awful, and was clearly a health hazard. We couldn’t even bring ourselves to use it — it was so bad that opening the door was enough to make us feel sick. It was completely unusable.
When we reported this to the woman at reception, her response was shockingly dismissive. She just said “sorry” and offered for us to use the staff fridge — as if that somehow made it acceptable. She wrote down our room number and said she would inform her boss. But clearly, nothing was done.
The next morning, reception was still closed at 10 AM (seriously?), so we called the number on the door. The man who answered was incredibly rude, clearly hadn’t been told anything, and made no effort to help. From his tone, it was obvious: they just don’t care. Once they’ve taken your money, you’re on your own.
We didn’t expect luxury, but we did expect a clean room and at least a basic level of hospitality. Instead, we were treated like an inconvenience. This was not just a disappointing experience — it was an upsetting one. I strongly advise others to stay elsewhere until this property decides to take cleanliness, safety, and guest service seriously.

The room was larger than other places I've stayed in Tallinn. The receptionist was friendly, and the room suited my needs perfectly. Check-out procedure was easy.

Position was ok, walking distance to transport and shopping.
Quiet area and felt safe.
Lady at reception was pleasant.
Unit was small for 3 people.
Smell coming from bathroom, kept door shut. Also lack of ventilation meant bathroom got very steamy and wet.
No fridge.

Nice area, there is a teapot inside the room.
The bed was old and not comfortable, walls are very thin, you can hear everything behind the wall - there were rude and loud people. and during the night no staff in the hotel, if something happens with such neighbours you don't know whom to ask for a help.

Great economy option, clean and not too far from the city centre. Pleasant hosts.
Do not expect luxury or big spaces in a room, it is a budget option after all. But no problems otherwise.

Location only
Everything. No elevator! We had to carry 100 kg of luggage to the second floor. Rooms are very tiny,outdated. Bathroom are very dirty and dingy, with a signs of mold. Shower curtain was molded too.

Average facilities. Good for one-night stay if you have an event nearby.
Towels were old and smelly, room was quite cold and the extra heater didn't help a lot. The extra blanket was without a dovet cover and dirty.

Decent room space. Good water pressure in the bathroom.
A bit far from the centre (my bad for not checking properly). Stuffy/toilet smell on entering the room and corridor - not well aerated at all and i had to keep my window semi opened. Could definitely use a good thorough clean. There is no common space to use; not even sure if there’s a reception as I met the manager at the door and got straight to the room. The kitchen is not well equipped at all, with a toilet sink as « kitchen sink » and I didn’t feel comfortable making any food there. I haven’t even seen other guests around. Bit of an old place. Lots of stairs and no lift. Oh - despite 2 thin curtains, there is no privacy at night if your lights are on as anyone from the neighbouring apartment can see through your window.
