All fine. The room was quite small, but for the price and location I couldn't ask for more.
The possibility to use the SPA/swimming pools was also a plus, although the big pool could be quite crowded in the morning with the external guests/swimmers. Breakfast was good with a lot of choices.

Disappointing
One of the main positives of this hotel is definitely its location, it is located just a few minutes’ walk from the Old Town. The breakfast is also worth mentioning, as the selection is fairly wide and offers plenty of choices.
Our room faced Kanuti Street, and the sound insulation was very poor. Traffic noise was clearly audible, and drivers seem to speed along that street, making it difficult to rest comfortably.
The pool and water park area also show clear signs of wear and tear and are in need of renovation. In both the pool and the jacuzzi, many tiles are chipped or broken, creating a risk of injury from sharp edges and corners.
However, the main reason for the low rating is the water quality in the pools and water park slides. After our stay, our child developed itchy skin rashes, which are very likely related to the water quality. We used the large and small pools, the jacuzzi, and the shorter water park slide. The only pool we did not personally use, though our child did was the children’s pool with slide equipment.

The small spa area was nice (especially steam sauna) and not too crowded during the daytime.
The rooms were not very well soundproofed, and we could hear some noise from the street and nearby rooms.

Wonderful family-friendly place. The breakfast was exceptional, with some variations per each day.
Fun and excellent water park accessible from the same building. Great place for kids.
Super friendly and helpful staff. Had some minor misunderstanding about parking and they helped solve it quickly.

Very friendly staff, delicious breakfast buffet. Lunch specials were a good deal.
Pool and saunas were a nice treat, especially for the grand boys.
The area of the hotel our room was located in is dated. Our room, which was far from the elevators, was way to small, less than 12 inches between bed and walls on either side of the bed.
The bathroom door handle was broken and pieces of floor trim were missing.
Using the shower flooded the bathroom floor.

Everything worked perfectly and basically automatically. No redundant questions, everything according to description. Very nice and warm pools.
The mini fridge in the room doesn't work and the staff said it was normal like that.

It is a hotel I stay in whenever I am in Tallinn, this is because I like the pool and slides, also the rooms are good and the breakfast spread was very varied.

We liked that the spa was included and the breakfast was really good.
I did not like my bathroom that much because it felt it needed a little bit of renovation. It was not bad, I just thought it needed a little touch-up.
