The location was very good and the flat itself was nice. The bedroom was dark which comes in handy especially in the summertime.
The shower was apparently a bit broken since there wasn't much water coming out even though the volume was highest possible. The windows were rather thin so there was some noise coming from the yard.

I misread the instructions (100% my fault), and the hosts drove to downtown to help me out - many thanks! Apartment was great, quiet, well stocked kitchen, many places to buy groceries nearby. Easy walking distance to Old Town Tallinn, transit hubs, and the D Terminal for the ferry to Helsinki. Sauna was great!

In the city centre, only 10min walk to old town.
Easy to check-in and checkout.
Sauna after some cold walks outside.
Very clean and spacious.
Scarce toiletries.
TV only had 1 channel functioning.
It was a bit pricey for a simple 1 bed apt, but it was New Year.

Good location between old town and the ferry terminal. Sauna was nice, but didn’t get to use much.
Locating the apartment and the key box was difficult since we didn’t drive and park at the directed parking lot. The map pin looks like the entrance is from the back of the building which may be possible, but we needed to get the key first. The pull out portion of the couch was really dirty. It was really warm in the apartment when we arrived, and it would have been nice to have a second fan to help cool both rooms.

Good communication with owner and getting the key.
Location, close EuroPark parking for reasonable price, shopping mole.
In the kitchen you have everything what you need coffee machine with included filters , just buy your coffee. Good internet speed. There was a fan so that it wasn't so hot in the room.
Sauna!
worn towels should be replaced or wash them at a higher temperature, they were “grey” colour.
I could not understand how TV works.
Noise from the street if you open the windows, but it does not depend on the owner.

Pleasant
The apartment is located very close to the ferry terminal in case you want to go to Helsinki and to downtown. Both about 10-15 minutes on foot. There is a shopping mal even closer with a supermarket and a few restaurants. Parking is 6-10 € a day and plenty garages are available close by. The sauna is nice once you get it started, the turn knobs are located in a way that is extremely inconvenient. WiFi is good and the washing machine works.
Getting the key reminded me of a geocaching task. I really wouldn’t want to do this on a rainy day in the dark. The apartment we had was not like depicted in the pictures. I guess the company has a few apartments in the building and we drew the short straw. That was clearly disappointing. The pullout couch was not good to sleep on and the whole interior was rather bland. It would have been okay for 2 but not for 4 people. And if you take a shower, make sure the curtains are properly closed otherwise you have a flooded bathroom!

Great location to stay if travelling on the ferry. Picking up the keys are easy to do at the public parking location.
