Location
Let’s see. Can not adjust room temperature. It was a constant 23.5C entire night. Bathroom floods after 10 minute shower. They ‘provide’ a squeegee so you can do it yourself. One rowel for both my wife and I. Bed has plastic wrap over mattress. Like trying to sleep in infant’s crib. Coffee pot in room but no coffee. Internet does not WORK. My wife and I I are checked in at 2100 by a surly individual. We can not sleep and have early flight next day. Go down to front desk and inquire about internet. Told it doesn’t not work during night. Ask when will it be ON. Told by front desk ‘don’t know I am not a technician’. Ask about coffee. No there is none available. Totally messed up my entire day as 3 different flights returning home next day. Location is only reason I give a 2 star.

The airport is close, but since we got off the flight very early, we couldn't eat. The room was too big and cold, the airplanes could also be heard, which was disturbing.

The bed and its bedclothes, which glow when you adjust the blanket in the dark, were especially good. Why didn't they use linen or taffeta bed linens, as is done in Italy, Germany, France? There is no sleep in bedclothes, because everything heats up.

Very convenient location from the airport, especially since I was not renting a car for just one day.
I didn’t expect airplanes at 4:30 in the morning (was hoping it would be 530 or 6 AM) but I guess that’s a risk being so close to the airport. Otherwise, all was very good.

Location is great if you are coming with a plane or need to leave early to catch the plane. Also Ülemiste Shopping Centre and T1 Mall are right next to it so no need to take a taxi or any other transportation to go to the stores or restaurants.
I stay in the hotel frequently and this is the first time I was disappointed. Room itself was big (2 single beds, perfect if travelling with family member or friends etc), plenty of space for luggage etc, but the bathroom was disappointing. I think this must be the most worn out room they have in the hotel (have stayed in different rooms in the same hotel and none have been this bad). The toilet seat was breaking apart (the cover material was coming loose in several places), there was mold spots everywhere, odd looking yellow foam coming out from the bathroom door bottom parts, tray with the hairdryer was dirty (hair from previous guests I guess) and the toilet was dirty. Also small rubbish bin had previous quests trash in it - so either they forgot to clean the room completely before we arrived or someone just did not do a proper job. Found some long dark hair also in bed (not mine), not the most pleasant experience. Kind of made me feel like we got the room that is given to someone when hotel is fully booked and they just have no other rooms to give (I booked 2 months in advance).
Since I know there are nice rooms there too, I will come back and stay there but now I know which room not to accept in the future.

We arrived around midnight and the hotel is within walking distance (even with luggage) from the airport. Check-in was fast. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. We appreciated that the room had an AC. Overall, there was good space. The bathroom is a bit tight and the slower tends to flood most of the floor (good that a floor scraper was provided). We also appreciated the bathrobes.
Breakfast was quite decent. Good selection of veggies, savory and sweet choices. We liked the coffee a lot.
The free slippers provided by the hotel were a bad joke. The soles started to disintegrate immediately and left white pieces all over the room. Making the floor look dirty in no time. I think it would have been better to provide no slippers or pick ones of slightly better quality.

After a long late flight it is just perfect to walk (5 min) into the hotel without needing to deal with any tranportation. Breakfast is superb. Guest flying in from abroad are greeted with a great variety of true Estonian traditional tastes in addition to a traditional hotel buffet.
The shower not having a basin lets water puddling onto the rest of the bathroom floor. The water squeegee and a heated bathroom floor let it dry out pretty fast. Complimentary slippers help.

The proximity of the hotel to the airport makes it perfect for travellers who are flying in late and need some hours of refreshing sleep. It was also nice that the breakfast hours are adequate so that one can rest after the flight.
For my taste, the air conditioning is set to a bit high temperature by default but I know that I could have called the front desk for adjustment - I was just a bit too tired to do it :) One can also always suggest a wider choice of healthy food for the breakfast, but in principle, I think covers most needs nicely.
