The room was superb it was clean, comfy and beautifuly decorated. The spa was great and very relaxing, while not being crowded. The location is also perfect, we will definitely stay here again if we are to return to Tallinn.

Excellent location which was convenient for walking around all of the old town. Very attentive and helpful staff and the hotel provided wonderful breakfast with a wide range of choice in a comfortable dining room.
We were overlooking the main street which was a little noisy at night, largely owing to the snow scrapers.

Well-located hotel with a pleasant staff.
The rooms and the hotel were tired. The bathroom was small and tired, the room did not have modern amenities like USB chargers. Instant coffee packets inside the room in a 5-star hotel? The upkeep of the hotel has not been great.

The location at the heart of the old town, very practical
My husband and I were surprised at how unfriendly the presumably chief of reception staff was.
Being a receptionist at this hotel, is it really that great ? I even asked myself.
It's a five-star hotel, isn’t it? However they don't help us with our luggage, our car, or anything else.
We travel a lot around the world, but we don't normally encounter this situation in a 5 star hotel.
We carried our own luggage and my husband put the car in the parking lot by himself.
The receptionist was so overbearing in these instructions.
We were so uncomfortable and I regretted choosing this hotel at that moment.

Beautiful and quiet room with a lovely view of a blooming Wild Chestnut tree. The staff were very helpful and attentive. The restaurant was top notch.

Telegraaf is an exceptional hotel. The bedrooms are very comfortable and beautifully appointed, and the facilities first class. It is also ideally placed for the Old Town. The staff are efficient helpful and friendly. I would recommend this hotel.

Wen we arrive to the room, there was no shampoo the bottle was empty, the box of the vanity kit was also empty, they only leave us water the first day. On a hotel of that category we expect a better service. On the other hand the attendant of the bar was really kind and he gave us a really good service. The hotel was located near to everything, location was amazing.

Very friendly and professional staff especially Maksim Rozanskiy. Gave us very good recommendations at the city. Very nice spa. It was quiet at the room. Hotel is located right in the old city.
