The room was excellent, and the receptionist along with the rest of the staff were very welcoming and professional. I had a minor issue due to a late booking and arrival, but the reception handled everything efficiently and with great care.
The breakfast was also very good, offering a pleasant start to the day.

We had a truly seamless and pleasant stay at this hotel. The check-in process was incredibly smooth — even though we arrived earlier than the official check-in time, the staff allowed us to check in as soon as our room was ready. In the meantime, we were able to leave our luggage at the reception and go out to explore the city, which we really appreciated.
The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was very good — rich, diverse, and made with high-quality ingredients. Everything we tried was fresh and tasty.
The room itself was comfortable, clean, and spacious, with a very comfortable bed. One pleasant surprise was the bathroom — especially the large shower, which added to the overall comfort of the stay.
The hotel’s location is probably its biggest advantage. It is perfectly situated right at the edge of the Old Town, making it an ideal base for walking around and exploring Tallinn. Everything is within easy reach.
Overall, a great experience, and we would gladly stay here again.

The room was large and comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful with hot and cold dishes. The location was a short 8 min walk to old town and city hall square. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel was modern and tasteful and we loved it!

The reception was very welcoming and helpful upon check-in and check-out. The location is just across from Old Town and about a 10 minute walk to the main square. There were also modern shops nearby. Our room was spacious and comfortable and the entire place was clean. We didn't use the restaurant but the bar in the evening was fine.
Our TV didn't work. :D

The staff went above and beyond and Erik was so so cheerful and helpful. The spa facilities were amazing. Everything was top notch The linens, the pillows, the bottles of water all the little touches. The location was perfect.

The Sauna and pool facilities were excellent, the breakfast was great, the location was very central and the staff was extremely helpful, fielding everything from early check in to navigating public transport.

Excellent location. Very friendly and helpful front desk staff. Room was good - functional - but smaller than expected. Breakfast was excellent.
Bed was not as comfortable. Room was functional but small. Sloped ceiling made the room appear smaller and felt a little claustrophobic.
