The doors were heavy, so when the next rooms closed the doors it was very very loud which didn’t give a lot of opportunity to relax

We arrived at the hotel, and found out that there was a big poker tournament at the hotel. As the hotel was overbooked, we got an upgrade to the junior suite, which was at first glance a nice room. The breakfast was good. A lot of choices and freshly baked omelettes.
As the room seemed nice in the beginning, the biggest problem was the water pressure. It was like non existing. The shower just give enough water to get the shamppo out of your hair. Then the window in the bathroom was clearly leaking. And the temperature in the room was quite difficult to control. It has a lot of windows, and as the outside temperature was -10, the windows give a lot of cold. When my wife took the slippers from the cupboard, she saw that on of the slippers was looking yellow. After examination, they smelled liked sweat, and were clearly used before!

Great stay here! Very nice facilities and location.
We compare our visit to the Radisson Collection in Tallinn, and I think for a similar price, the Radisson is nicer — feels more modern, more my personal taste in interior design, much taller (better views), and one of the best restaurants in Estonia.
This isn't to say the Hilton is bad. We just think Radisson is better.

This is neither my first nor my last stay at this hotel. The bed and pillows are extremely comfortable, and the bathroom is spacious and spotless. The lobby is fantastic and cozy, perfect for enjoying a drink, and the view over the town from the room is wonderful.
I didn’t like that my room was not on a higher floor, only the 6th. However, I didn’t request a high floor, so this is not the hotel’s fault. The experience at the Bucher restaurant was disappointing. I had a table booked for 21:30, but by 22:30 the staff had already started cleaning and setting up tables for breakfast the next day, which made me feel rushed and unwelcome. I couldn’t properly enjoy my meal, and given the prices, this behavior is not right.

We really liked Hilton Tallinn Park and definitely recommend it. Our room was always very clean. It was on the 6th floor and the view was amazing. We liked breakfast - lots of options, boiled egg and omlette based on your selected ingredients and also very good coffee with take away option. We went to the restaurant in the hotel for two nights - the Able Butcher. Food was very delicious. The gym was sufficient, we used for running treadmill. We also enjoyed the swimming pool and spa area after walking around the city whole day. So it was a perfect ending for the day. We would like to stay again there if we visit Tallinn again!

Staff at the check in could be more welcoming- had a feeling that she did a favour for checking us in
Also we stayed there two time in one week and deposit policy was different from one to another

Very Good
Room had an amazing view and had plenty of space. Loved having both a shower and a bathtub. Room was promptly cleaned every day. Front desk staff was super helpful and friendly (Reemus). Breakfast was tasty. I love that the location is super central but still has a big park to walk around etc.
Restaurant staff was unorganized and forgot items multiple times. Spa was filled with kids who were yelling, splashing and cannonballing into the water. For a casino hotel one might expect more of an 'adult' vibe around the whole hotel.
